Caliber Collision

Staff in office were great. Seamless process between insurer and Caliber. Just effortless - they had my estimate, handled any additional cost with my insurance. And car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up (not just your average “quick clean” you’d usually get after taking your car to be serviced…they straight up detailed my car, cleanest it’s been since I bought it).

My experience with Caliber Collision (Avon Extended location) was excellent! Communication was top notch and personnel was professional and personable. Felt well taken care of from start to finish, plus my vehicle was ready early…prior to promised date. Way to go, Caliber Collision!

Mr. Tibbs took excellent care of me when something pierced my tire as I was driving down Avon Extended. Thank you so much for the great customer service. I hope I won't be in any accidents any time soon, but if I am, I'll definitely bring my car to you.

I had old damage to the front of my car, then got into an accident that left the rear of my car crushed. I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! They were professional, thorough, & thoughtful. Their work was pristine, with attentiveness to small details. I’m thoroughly impressed by the way my car looks; seriously top notch work and customer service. Totally exceeded my expectations! Shout out to Aaron who called me regularly to give me a status update on my car!

These folks have taken care of me twice in the last year. As bummed out as I was to lose my car again, I immediately thought about showing Susan my garden pics, and knew I would soon be getting friendly texts from Amanda, keeping me updated on my baby!
When they found out I was leaving for the week, but wasn't going to make it there on time to get my car before they closed for the weekend, Susan's quick thinking had me paying over the phone before the system was powered down. They stayed open an extra 15 minutes after closing time on Friday afternoon, to get me back on the road!!
They make the whole experience feel like I was coming back, to visiting old friends.

Highly recommend! Amanda and Susie have been wonderful to work with! Both were professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. My car had to come in multiple times but the two of them always made the experience enjoyable and seamless.

They did a great job at fixing our truck and making sure it looked new again after we hit a deer. The customer service is great, but most of all they kept in touch with us throughout the entire process which is super hard to come by nowadays.

I had my truck towed here after my accident. The first work they did had my truck driving within a few months. The second time my truck was brought in they did extensive body work which also took a few months. All together it took 6 months on and off to fully repair my truck but the end product was wonderful. If they had more personnel it would have been done even quicker. My truck looked like it did when I first purchased it! Thanks guys great job and happy holidays.

Had a very good experience. Someone hit my parked car and thankfully filed a police report and insurance claim with their carrier, Travelers, who contacted me and recommended I get a repair quote from Caliber. I was able to make an appointment right away and schedule the repair work. They completed the work a few days early and it looks great. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. We had such a good experience that we're getting a quote for some repair work on another vehicle.

Took my car into Caliber Collision because of major damage from . Had my doubts and suspicions of the repairs it needed because my car was in a wreck before at 6k miles, I've had my vehicle "repaired" by a different company (no longer in business) and was left with pieces missing and interior parts broken (that were not broken because of the wreck), unfinished body repair, or not even painting some body parts. Being lied to my face, saying the car was used (even though I bought it brand new with 5 miles on it) and was given excuses of why it took 3 months to partial-complete the job to a whole other gambit of bad experiences with that place.
Caliber Collision, though, beyond exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff was absolutely amazing, being the most courteous and professional I've ever experienced. The service and repair are unbeatable! My car looks brand new again. The service was quick (only days and not months!) but very methodical. They even fixed some issues that the last repair shop did not. Thanks to the entire team and all of Caliber Collision. The quality of service and customer care was amazing!
