Domino's Pizza

Tried it again for the New York Style pizza and we love it. Pretty good deals too if you use the app.

I stopped by after a busy day and asked about the deal that they had going on. It was by computer order and I didn't qualify. I asked about any other specials and he found me one that I could do. My pizza was hot and fresh after about 12 minutes.

Last placed order was all on point.....TY for good food and good service 👌🏾

It's a nice Domino's the food is as good as you're going to get from a fast food pizza place I think it will be a better value once I start earning points on the app I love the drive-up window

These guys are close to home and we’ve been happy each time we’ve ordered since moving back to Springfield in January. They’ve made our dinner and lunches on days I didn’t have it in me. Great staff. They seem, cohesive. They seem to be allowed to listen to music, if they aren't required to interact otherwise. That is an important comfort to the mind. Personal freedom, to express some part of your truth.

This Domino's, here. I loved. I had some trouble knowing what I could order, but I'm a bit slow with written menus.

It could be neat to see a hologram of the pizza you're describing. Crust, add base, ingredients... Like an arcade game for kids, but you get a pizza at the end instead of tickets.

Sorry, freedom gets my creativity going. Thinking about the nice people I met at that dominos, makes me feel more inspired than the feeling of being full on pizza. Great pizza though.

I remember Dominos when it first came out and it was ok at first but then quality started declining over the years.

This has changed dramatically. The food quality is way up, and their recipe is way better than it used to be.

The online ordering experience couldn't be simpler.
and I've yet to have any errors with my orders.

I always get excellent food for pretty awesome pricing.

I walked in to order take out, sat & waited for my order. I didn't wait long, but I got to see that this is a Very friendly staff. These guys work hard to make our pizzas as fast & fresh as they can. Respect!

Firstly, I just want to say that sometimes technical stuff happens it's not the stores fault that the computers don't work...so everyone complaining about their order not going through don't always blame the messenger.
Second, I want to say that building customer loyalty is what has happened to me tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight and when it was first delivered the guy delivering the pizza was super nice. I asked him
how his night was and he said stressed. We joked about it only being Monday and he went on his way. Very friendly and I could tell he was tired working long hours. Probably an understaffed store with tons of orders coming in. But he was doing his best. Once I opened the box I saw that my garlic sauce and red pepper pizza was SWIMMING in sauce. I called the guy right back and he was very nice! He told me he would make it right and get a new pizza to me. I called the store and made sure they knew the situation as well. Few moments pass and the driver calls again to tell me he's very sorry and that he's going to make it up to me by bringing me a free two liter with my new pizza Let me tell you what...they have built a long Time customer in me. Not very often do have a pizza delivery driver make a bad situation right so quickly or in such a friendly, personal manner. Awesome customer service! SHOUT OUT TO JAMES SHANKS FOR BEING AN AWESOME DUDE!!! SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER MATERIAL RIGHT THERE!

Also wanted to add that while the middle of my original pizza sucked the crust is still BOMB! And I plan on eating the crust as bread sticks. #carbs #mondays

Ordered 8 cheese pizzas online for my daughter's birthday party on a busy holiday weekend. Pizzas were hot, ready when promised, and were devoured by hungry five-year olds. Our family appreciates that we can count on you guys to provide great food and great service at a very great price. Thanks!!

Was very disappointed the night before we had ordered late, some how the driver went to the wrong address. I had talked to the night manage and he was very sincere about the mix up. The driver apologized for the mistake and made sure if there was anything he could do, he would. The manager offered to replace are order if we were not satisfied. He came thru the next evening. I was happy and pleased to do business with a professional young man.

Pizzas were ready in about 10 minutes, hot and fresh, or delicious. I love domino's. They have good prices for their food. Anyone looking to grab a pizza or two for cheap this is the place. Staff was also very nice and friendly. I'll be back lol

On Saturday 2/16/19 my husband and I traveled to Springfield, IL to visit family and friends. There were about 12 of us all together, so since I love pizza…we decided on Dominos because they are the only pizza place we order from at home. We found the closest Dominos to our location, and went in to order. First of all, the store was super clean, and the employees that were there at the time were all super friendly and pleasant. Our order was pretty large, and they said it would probably be about 20 to 30 minutes. I had my 3 yr old granddaughter with me, so they turned the tv to some cartoons for her. After a while, my granddaughter noticed the girl tossing dough. We moved a chair over so she could watch her toss. When the employee got all done with the pizza’s and bread for our order, she brought some dough out, and helped my granddaughter make a batch of cinnamon twists. She then gave us an order free of charge so my granddaughter would think we got to keep what she made(the batch made by my granddaughter was thrown away). It was such a kind, and thoughtful thing to do for a little one with a long wait. We will definitely use this store again next time we are in Springfield.

I have never had an issue with this dominos, we live a block away and order all the time. I've lived by other dominos- this one is by far the best. The food, customer service, and convenience does it for me- the night shift is amazing
