Pizza Hut

The Pizza Hut on Monroe St has greatly improved since the last time I ordered. I had it delivered and the driver was great. The pizzas were delicious and cooked perfectly. I don't know what changed but please keep up the good work because I missed y'all's thin crust. 😊

Ordered pizza after a huge storm swept through our town and we had been without power for several hours. Placed an order online and received a call from the shop immediately after, explaining that they were out of some ingredients after getting super slammed with loads of business due to the circumstances. The staff very patiently explained our options and a new timeline for completion of our order. Our food was ready for pickup exactly when they predicted. When I stopped in to pick it up, there were only two staff members present, working super hard and fast to complete a huge number of orders. When I commented on their small numbers, I was told some of their employees were not able to come in due to the widespread power outages. The counter staff member was super friendly and helpful to all customers in line ahead of me, despite the challenging circumstances, and our food was just as hot and delicious as always from this store, and made just as we had ordered. We really appreciate the staff's efforts during incredibly difficult circumstances. Our food and this interaction has been a bright spot in this ordeal for us, as we continue with over 30 hours without power.

My order was delivered within the estimated delivery time. My Stuffed-Crust pizza was cooked to perfection and you could tell by the taste that the dough was freshly made. I had a Birthday Coupon for Breadsticks and they were seasoned just right. My Delivery Person was very pleasant and polite and should be commended for his business-like demeanor.

These guys have restored my belief in Pizza Hut. Pizza is hot and well made. We had stopped ordering pizza a few years ago due to all the mistakes. We grab a pie from them back in February and since have had nothing but great pizza. What ever you guys have been doing, Keep it up!

The ease of ordering was great and the food was ready on time and hot. The staff even allowed me a minor, but special request. Food was great and everyone finished the meal full and satisfied. Outside of one issue a couple years ago, this location has not disappointed.

Front line staff was very busy when I went to pick up my order. Despite that, she was extremely pleasant and calm while assisting customers. Also, the pizza was perfect.

There are a lot of terrible Pizza Hut locations out there but this isn't one of them. The pizza is always cooked perfectly, they don't skimp on toppings, it's done on time, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. What more could you ask for?

My stuffed crust pizza was fresh, had a generous amount of the 2 toppings I ordered, and the lady who waited on me at the counter for pickup was so friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff! The Detroit-style pizza is awesome. Otherwise, it's a Pizza Hut which means it's good but probably nothing to write home to Mom about.
