Yesterday went on a family trip to six flag and our 4 out 5 log nuts broke off. They were the only towing company who reached out to us as we were right before the bay Bridge. They helped us out so much and we really appreciate it.
We recommend them to anyone who needs help they are the best.

My car broke down in the middle of the highway on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm. No other auto shop would accept us or even pick up the phone. We called Shah Towing and Auto Repair, and they not only agreed to fix the car, but also towed us from the middle of nowhere to the shop about 15 miles away. The owner assured us that despite the complexity of the problem that needed to be fixed, he will have our car ready by the next day and quoted an extremely reasonable price. He then proceeded to drop us off at the accommodation we had booked for the night! Next day, sure enough, he had my car fixed - not only the problem he had identified the night before, but also another issue that was discovered later - and at no extra cost!!! A BLESSING IN TIMES OF DESPERATE NEED! GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Highly recommended! We broke down right off of coming off the bay bridge. Shah towed us and he got us into a shop on memorial day and got our car repaired that day! Very kind and competent! Huge blessing to us.

My son's car broke down at rush hour on the bridge , bad place, terrible timing. They were kind and reassuring on the phone. I had them pick it up and drop it off at the house, they were great. The price, the standard of service and kindness were outstanding.

Had truck towed (which wasn’t too bad), but they recommended a shell station one exit away to repair the vehicle because it would be cheaper than towing back to my house (which is true), I was told they were knowledgeable and fast. It took them 3 days to figure out it was a bad throttle body, and now it’s been another 3 days and they haven’t even gotten the part. Every day when I call they tell me the mechanic won’t be there til 3…. SERIOUSLY!!!. I’m picking it up myself and bringing it home with a tow dolly

Hello my name is Jessica my husband's car broke down coming back from ocean city md.
So we called our insurance and had towing on there so their was two guys that came in a red towing truck well the older guy sat in the truck while they younger guy hooked his car up only had one hook one the car didn't put it in park when it was on flat bed. It flew off an hit my grandmother's car with my kids an mom a. Gram in it. Now this towing company is trying to say they was never there. They are ride an do not know what they are doing. Bad people bad service. They would not give us their insurance co.pamy when it happened now we have to take them to court.

Forfeited business license as of 3/2019. They wracked my car by failing to secure it on the bed on their towing truck, and would not release their insurance information to either me or my insurance company. I would not be surprised if they are operating with no insurance. Will certainly get to the bottom of this one way or another- even if I have to go through the small claims court, so they can't do this to anyone else again. Refer to other reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened.

HORRIBLE!!!! My company needed to get a car towed off our property; and when we called the customer service representative hung up mid conversation and could barely understand or speak any English. Horrible. Need better people working there or people who can communicate efficiently. Don’t even deserve the one star forced to give.
