We arrived at 6:15pm on a Monday shortly before closing with a nail in the tire. Stuart told us we needed 4 new tires. Darnell did quick work, staying about 20 minutes past closing to get us back on the road very quickly. He even had time to do a quick test drive and let us know our brakes and battery were in good shape. So grateful! We had a choice of 3 different tires that they had in stock and the price wasn't bad. So impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of both employees. We may stop in to get the tires rotated when we need to because we were so pleased with the service.

Had a fantastic experience over at this location! Matt, Stuart, and Darnell provided friendly, fast, and professional service! Frankly, it was the best experience I have had at a tire shop! Heck, may come back just for the great conversation! Will definitely only buy my tires and related services at this location! You have my business for life!

I was over in the Kent island area in my work vehicle when I got a flat about 3 PM. AAA got me to Mr. Tire in about an hour. And Matthew at Mr tire who I’ve dealt with before. Did a great job as always getting me back on the road so I could continue my work. I do believe the good service sometimes can Trump low prices. I appreciate their effort today and highly recommend them.

Mr. Tire Kent Island was great. They helped me in a bind on my way to the beach. I was so grateful that they were open at 9 am on a Sunday. I had 3 nails in two tires and they replaced them within an hour. Highly recommend!

Mr Tire was very honest about what needed to be fixed on my car! Took little time to get my car back in time for work and the employees were super nice and understanding. Absolutely amazing experience. I desperately needed an oil change and I called numerous stores and Mr. Tire was able to squeeze me in. They were able to get it done very quick on top of needing to order a new filter for my car. While I was waiting, the men at the front desk and I were talking and they were unbelievably nice and personable. 15/10!!!

Stuart and Matt have always given my family great service on our car needs. Darnel is a great mechanic and has been a great resource as well. From oil changes and alignments to major engine repairs they are great at what they do. Thank you guys again for great service and support. Robert

Really great experience at the shop. We started to hear a knocking noise and came in right before they closed. Stuart at the front welcomed us in and Darnell diagnosed the issue.

I had just returned from a long flight back from California only find I had a flat waiting for me when I got my car out the parking garage. I called the Chester Mr. Tire Team they had on my way home they had two new tires delivered changed and mounted the very next day.
This isn’t my first time getting my car serviced here and certainly won’t be my last. From the Managers at the Counter to the Mechanics and Technicians in the garage they could teach a College 101 Course in Customer Service. I can’t say enough about the ALL-STAR TEAM at the Chester Mr. Tire they make everything easy.

The team here at Mr. Tire gets it done! Had a a messed up wheel, tires that were past their life expectancy and pretty bad alignment when I came to them and left with brand new tires, a spot on alignment and a smile and a laugh. The folks here are not only stellar technicians, but also genuine, kind folks whose priority is customer service and doing the work right the first time. Great job Mr. Tire!

I had a flat tire this morning on my way to work, Called State Farm Emergency services and then made a phone call to Mr. Tire in Chester Md. I have been a customer for 14 years. Matthew & Stuart are ALWAYS so friendly & helpful & accommodating at the Mr. Tire in Chester, MD! We only wish that oil changes weren't so expensive these days!

Customer service is top notch and you always get the vehicle back in better shape than when you took it in. They are also honest and never say you need a service that isn't necessary.
