I am absolutely thrilled I chose this company for my engine. It arrived quickly and perfectly and put me back on the road. All customer service and sales reps have been extremely helpful and polite. I will constantly recommend them to others in the future as well as the dealership that installed the engine for me. They were quite impressed as well.

Best price of all the places I looked at, and a great warranty to boot! This engine is amazingly strong and working great. No leaks or problems of any kind. It's a sbc 350 for a c3 corvette.

The engine I bought showed up about a month ahead of schedule. All communication was great, and I really like the tote idea for shipping.

Rosie Mojica was outstanding! Her due diligence / follow ups / communications thru out the entire process of purchasing a remanufactured engine over a five months period has been exemplary to say the least. She is indeed rare in this day and age. Thank you again Rosie.

It was a bummer to have my engine blow unexpectedly. But I’m so glad I found powertrain. working with them was a great experience from start to finish. The price was fair. The install kit was a really good value and ended up saving me money by not allowing the auto shop to over charge me for parts. My rep was super helpful and the product was an exact fit. It’s been running strong form months with no issues.

The product arrived early that was awesome. Had to return the first engine for a couple of reasons and they sent another engine really quick. The 15 day core return was awesome but because of the delay till the second engine showed up the 15 day came before I could get the core back. So they charged me for the core. Now I am just waiting for the core charge to be returned to me.
They should have started the 15 day from the delivery date of the second engine. Other then that I am very satisfied with the quality and quickness of the delivery and pick up service

Well it’s been five months on the new engine and she purrs like a kitten.
I did receive a refund of my core charge very quickly after sending the core back.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the engine. This will definitely be my go to place for engine and drivetrain needs.

I bought a used engine from another company and that turned out disastrous, decided to try powertrain and Bought a rebuilt 4.6 engine for my f150, and was surprised from the very beginning how quickly and smoothly everything went, they wave the core charge for 15 days after you receive the engine, they ship the engine in a nice secure plastic crate box, the engine literally looked brand new when I opened the box, only took about 2 weeks from the time I ordered it to the time I received it, shipping estimated time was accurate, I installed the engine back in April, just finished my initial break in period of 3k miles and from the very beginning this engine has ran flawlessly, from the moment I first turned it over, I’m hoping I get many more miles out of this engine, with a 5 year unlimited mile warranty as long as they hold up to the warranty claim if something goes wrong I see no issue with ordering all my engine and other parts from them, I will be ordering a rebuilt rear differential very soon and hope to have the same experience

I recently found out how horribly confusing/frustrating it is to find and purchase a transmission. After calling around to some local shops with no luck -(and at the end of my sanity), I reached out to Powertrain. For me, this turned out to be the best decision. I had the pleasure of speaking to Miss Dee, and she is absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable with her products, and so very personable that she had me at ease right away. She listened to my situation, worked with me to reach a manageable price, and had everything set up to go in literally no time - from ordering & shipping to the core return. Miss Dee responded to all questions that I had right away, and never made me feel like I was bothering her, or that my questions were silly or ridiculous. All companies have some degree of “customer service”, which can be less than pleasant these days. Miss Dee goes above and beyond to make things happen, and you don’t feel like a number. She and her team are amazing, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. There are not enough stars to rate my experience, and I very much highly recommend this team.

I heard great things about this company off of YouTube. So I took a chance and bought a engine from them. Boy am I glad I did. The engine looks brand new. You can see that they mark the engine to make sure everything is torqued and done properly. Still in brake in period but it runs amazing. The tech support team was very awesome as well. Really helped me with some issues I was having. Great team for sure. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a rebuilt Chevy 5.3 2004 from powertrain products. I drove 7 1/2 hours to pick it up and bring it home. This was on August 4, 2023. I install the motor with two mechanics on August 12, 2023. We could not get the motor to work I have had several problems. But Dan and the powertrain crew have been outstanding and helping me through my issues and getting me a good quality product. Thank you again for all your help.

I installed one of your engines in my 2001 Dodge Ram. Your engine has approximately 4500 miles on it now. I dropped the break in oil out at approximately 500 miles and it has it’s first real oil change at 3500 miles. Engine is doing good as of now. I was impressed enough with the engine that I ordered and installed one of your transmissions in it also. It too is doing well. I am impressed with your quality of work and I will keep you informed of the progress of your Engine and Transmission.

Purchased a 5.4L Triton Engine for my own personal truck and from the time it was ordered, transported to CA, shipping company picking up the cargo, arriving in Hawaii, and delivered to the door, the entire process went flawless and exactly on time. Excellent customer care start to finish. Fast response to the request for quote, good communication throughout, email and phone contacts. Representatives were always courteous and patient. Order arrived sooner than expected which created a bit of a snag in completing the turn on the core return, but my deposit was refunded as promised once the core made it back. The pickup by the freight company was hassle free as well. All the paperwork was sent via email and Powertrain Products did the rest. The new engine was installed without issue and has been a strong runner ever since. We are very pleased with our purchase and will definitely consider Powertrain Products for our future engine replacement needs.

In mid 2017 I purchased a 4.7 motor for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ) from Powertrain Products. The process was seamless and within a week the motor arrived. To date I have put 27,000 miles on this motor with no problems at all and oil consumption is nil. I am in a few FB WJ Groups and someone asks for advise on a reman motor I always recommend Powertrain Products. The process was seamless start to finish and very professional. As you can see by the pictures I go out in the desert quite often and need the dependability. I wish Mopar electronics were as dependable as this motor (WJ owners will get this).

So far everything is as promised. A little worried about core return because when I fill out my pick up request I got a reply saying carriers were running a week behind. So I'm really hoping they don't keep my deposit.
