Big Lake Appliance is excellent, no need to search any further. I used the website form to request an appointment and received a reply less than an hour after they opened, had someone on the phone shortly after that, and the owner (Bo) in my home later the same day.

I explained the issue with my Viking refrigerator over the phone and they knew what the problem was immediately, and arrived with the parts in hand.

Communication was excellent. I was quoted a price range and appointment time and the job was finished on schedule and under budget. I thought I needed a new fridge but am told it's got plenty of life left (PHEW!).

If you have an appliance need, stop searching and make the call (or fill out the form).

Great service from an excellent company! I contacted Big Lake Appliance regarding a broken ice maker that I thought was out of warranty. The owner took the time to research and confirm that the warranty had been extended and my replacement ice maker and labor to install would be 100% covered! Service Tech Justin communicated his ETA, and did a great job of installing the replacement part. Justin was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very happy from start to finish with the communication, execution, and follow up from the Big Lake Appliance team! Thank you!

I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repair. I called several local appliance places and no one could come out and look at my broken down GE cafe refrigerator. Two other companies recommended Big Lakes Appliance. Brian came out and analyzed the problem. It was late in the day and he was not sure if the part could be shipped fast. To my surprise Bo, The owner came out himself after going out of his way to pick the part up and bring it to my house the very next morning. The repair was done quickly and I was thrilled at their Caring responses. Both service people were great, nice people, highly recommend their company.

My dryer started making a loud noise when it would spin, when I called around, Big Lake appliances were the only company I called that actually services LG anywhere close to me. The tech (Brian, I think) was here when he said, had the dryer apart and found the issue quickly, had it fixed with in an hour!

Big Lake Appliance Service is by far the best! Bo and his team are responsive, service oriented, friendly, efficient and get it done right the first time! He has repaired a number of our appliances, including our dishwashers from NZ and our clothes washer. His prices are fair and his appointments kept with precision. I submitted a repair request on Big Lake Appliance's website on a Sunday and a team member reached out to me with a phone call first thing Monday morning to get more information and schedule a call! I appreciated the clear communication and quick scheduling. The technician was able to come out and work on my Samsung oven (many companies won't work on Samsung brand applicances) and diagnose/treat the problem in less than an hour. Bo did an excellent job repairing and rebuilding my older washing machine. Both Bo and Kristen were so helpful and accommodating during the whole process. I am very happy with the results and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Big Lake Appliance and using them again for any future repairs.

It was difficult to find a repair service that services LG ovens, so we were pleased to locate Big Lake. They did the repair, then went the extra mile by raising and leveling our unit, something the original installers didn't do very well. Good job, good attitudes, good results.
