The service here is great and the employees are nice, but the gas is more expensive than it should be, no doubt due to the lack of competitors in town.

I’m giving 2 stars right now because of the kinks involved with operating the gas station along with the new deli. If what I experienced tonight continues, I’ll drop this down to one star and if it gets fixed I’ll bump it up accordingly.

Tonight I waited 4-5 minutes for a cashier who never came over. She was busy working the deli (rightfully so, she had deli customers) but I feel like there needs to be at least 2 employees in at all times. Most importantly, weekends and typical eating times. All I had to purchase was a pack of cigarettes which easily could’ve been gas,gum,soda.
I ended up leaving without my cigarettes because I found it ridiculous that i had to wait that long.

Again, I feel like there should be at least two employees. One designated for working the deli and one the cash registers. Those of us with 30 second transactions shouldn’t have to wait 5 minutes for those of us with 10 minute transactions.

Coopersville is a city located in north central Ottawa County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 4,828 at the 2020 census. It is primarily a farming community. The city is located within Polkton Township, though it is administratively autonomous. It lies just north of Interstate 96 along the eastern township boundary, adjacent to Wright Township on the east. There are two exits on I-96, one at the southeast corner of the city and the other at the southwest corner.
