I worked with Irena on renting 2 apartments for my staff and she was wonderful to work with.

She answered all of my calls and texts quickly. Was there when I wanted to drop off a welcome gift before moving in. I can tell she is always on the go but she is always on top of it!

Very communicative and kind. They made the process of viewing their listings easy and communicated everything you needed. Maintenence requests are timely and if you ever need them, they are available via phone immediately!! Adrian and Irene are whom I worked with and they were always responsive and provided me with information I asked for.

Just moved in recently, and it’s been a good experience! Irena & Adrian have been helpful and responsive managers, and besides some tight squeezes to get stuff in and up to the apartment, it’s a great place to live.

Update: we are now moving out after two years, and it still stands that this was a great place to live. As of right now, the elevators haven’t always been reliable, however they are in the process of updating them. We are very happy with the time spent in this space, and were especially impressed with how quickly & efficiently maintenance & management would respond to any issue or question that arose. We’ll miss you, Main Street!

Liza was absolutely wonderful to work with! The unit was everything she said and more! Grateful for her and her patience with my hundreds of questions, and her promptness in response time! All the tenants have been so wonderful too

Adrian Jahovic provided great customer service while I was living here. He was able to accommodate my job relocation to another state very professionally. I highly recommend if you call the office, talk to him.

The apartments are beautiful, the staff is great and the price is fair!
And most importantly, management is so easy to work with. Adrian is awesome, from the start of the process from scheduling the initial tour to renewing the lease for a second year… everything has been smooth and truly effortless. The communication is exceptional, kind, patience and diligent, which is truly hard to find in the rental world. This building is a must see… you won’t be disappointed.

I have just moved to Rockford after living over 30 years in the city of Chicago. I was immediately drawn to the pictures of Becovic properties because of the cleanliness and the esthetics. I was determined to LIVE in one of the units due to the friendliness and patience shown by one of the managers, Irina. I had many questions and she ALWAYS replied! It is quite a life change to move to an entirely new city and new job. Finding a place to live under those circumstances is stressful but Irina helped the process to move as smoothly as she could. I also appreciated her ability to follow the same guidelines for every potential client looking for a place to live. This made me feel like I would be treated fairly and with efficiency in matters concerning my new home! Thanks again for all your help!

Very smooth process from first obtaining information about the living space to finalizing and signing the lease with Irene and Adrian—both were very helpful and prompt with responses to all questions and concerns I had. The unit was very clean, functional and ready for me to move into. Good experience overall!

My first time renting felt like a breeze thanks to Irena and Adrian. I was signing a lease not even two days after I first ever messaged them. I was bragging to my grandparents how fast they made my apartment happen. Irena and Adrian gave me the options of talking over the phone, email or text which was super convenient with my work schedule. They even went out of their way to clean my apartment ahead of schedule so I could have a sooner move in date. I genuinely couldn’t imagine an easier transition. It wasn’t even a week from the time I first messaged Irena and Adrian, till I was holding keys to my apartment. What I appreciated the most was their sense of care. This was the first thing I noticed when I would message them and still am seeing to this day; they make me feel at home :)

Adrian and Irena were good. They explained, follow up to understand the needs and provided more details of the properties in all the areas.

I recently rented a clean, bright one bedroom at 935 N. Main Street. It was spacious and full of light. Management was also very responsive and made my stay trouble free. They are always making improvements to the property. Irena, Adrian, and Marissa are a great team. 👍

I have lived here for the past 6 months I have to say I really love it here the neighborhood is the best and very convenient for me and my wife. Maintenance always takes care of us when we need help, and the office lady’s are very helpful with everything! If could give ten stars I would!!! The view here is amazing!!

I lived in the Main Street Apartments for almost a year. It was a great experience. I worked primarily with Irena, who was always kind and attentive; I will miss working with her. Also, the others working for the property were great. They took care to ensure I was happy and addressed my concerns. Great team!

Irena was great! She showed me the apartment via video tour and followed up with me until I was approved!
