Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Super friendly and very accommodating. We rented a mid size car for a trip and when we got there the tires weren't the best for a trip down south. The salesman upgraded us to a Jeep at no extra charge. We will definitely be renting again from Enterprise Loves Park Illinois location again. We needed to rent a car to attend a funeral in Chicago. A friend told me he'd used Enterprise before and they were always good. I took my friend's advice. Result? The best rental car experience I've ever had. Special thanks to Tim for his friendly and professional attitude.

I rented from Enterprise Car Rental June 10 to June 24. The process was easy and fast. The Agent walked me through all things concerning the car. The return process was no problem. The car had no problems during the time I had the rental, it was clean and ready for me to begin my Vacation.

Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. They made sure that I had everything needed before driving off. I was accidentally dropped at the wrong enterprise location by the driver. However upon learning this, this Enterprise location helped me right away to get in a nice rental car, without any issues whatsoever. If you’re ever in need of a rental car, I highly recommend Enterprise. In the future I will only rent with enterprise.

I only get my rentals through enterprise, they have great cars, great customer service. They always make sure that I get the car that i want.

The location was great friendly and took care of my needs. However. The roadside was not helpful at all. Aside from the rental location making things right. The paid for roadside assistance was not helpful at all. I was responsible for getting my party to nearby hotel because rental office was not open. I was responsible for towing car, getting to rental car location for exchange vehicle and there were a few other inconveniences. Other than not being responsible for repairs, the additional roadside was a very frustrating experience

The pick up and return process was easy. There was a little wait. Like every place else, they don't have enough staff to go around, but that is not the employees fault. The people I dealt with were polite and efficient. I will certainly use them again, if the need arises.

With my career, I have to rent a car almost every week. Colt, Jalissa, Luke and Leigh always treat me extremely well. I've had the oppurtunity to use a different company through my company, but I have zero desire to switch because of the quality of service I receive from this branch. Reed was super professional and friendly making sure I was happy with my rental. The first car I received I was not to fond of, they were very accommodating and switched me out with a better option. Other staff inside location were also professional and attentive to any needs I had.

Overall the experience was great. Jalisa and Colton worked with me every bit of the process. When I had to extend the rental out, they understood. That was very welcoming.
