We rented car from this location, these guys are awesome, they took good care of us, they made sure the SUV we rented was clean and in perfect condition. It was definitely a pleasant experience. We will be back again for the future rentals. 5stars all the way.

We got a flat tire on I-90 and Avis picked me and my three young children up within 15 minutes! I cannot give enough stars, I highly recommend this place for your rental needs. Friendly staff, quick service, excellent communication. Thanks so much for taking care of us!

Booked for the first time with Avis and I will definitely be coming here in the future if they keep up the good service. I had booked a car online that ended up not being what I needed. After checking out the car I told them and agent was kind enough to give me an upgrade at a very good price. The car was very clean inside and out and my kids had more than enough space for our long trip. The rental process was simple and quick. Everything went great. I definitely recommend coming here over Enterprise. The agents Sal and Abe were very helpful and made renting a car easy as it should be.

The customer service at this facility exceeds expectations. I have traveled for business for the past 26 years and have rented from Avis for the past 6-7 years. I have for the most part, always had decent customer service with Avis. This branch in Rockford, IL takes it to a whole different level, and I feel like they should receive credit for that. Both Sal & Abraham know me by name and always have my car and paperwork ready to go when I walk thru the door. Very genuine individuals and very accommodating, always.

This is Favorite place to rent vehicles... they have lots of new trucks and cars. There's always a 7/8 seat truck available for family outings or vacation.

Sal was very easy to work with and a pleasure after going through three other places and receiving confirmation numbers only to go pick up the car and be told they didn’t have any available we got ahold of Sal with Avis and he assured us that if we came in he would have a car for us. He did and I am already checked in and processed before I am able to finish this review would definitely recommend them. The people that work here are very nice and customer focused.
