About three months ago my Fiancé bought me a Pacman Frog. I am now feeding him(Biggie Smalls) Pinky Mice. I buy the frozen pinkies from Petsmart here in Rockford IL. Located at 6320 E. State St. The service at this location is on point. The store is always very clean. The Employees are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Store for all of your Pet Care needs.

I recently adopted a dog that had to be rehomed PetSmart help me all through the process right down recommending to where I could go right away to get shots and tags and when I took the dog back to have his nails clipped and his paws shaved they were very gracious and wonderful

My dog (who is afraid of scissors) had a grooming appointment here, booked with Piero. I could hear my pup being obnoxious, and Piero still did the full job :) Not only does he look phenomenal, I booked his appointment for the day after he got his rabies vaccine, and Piero told me about the 48 hour rule because he could have a seizure with getting the shot so recently. My dog is an anxious boy and I’m so happy he had me rebook, and was able to do it 2 days later. He’s also a mutt, 37.5% Great Pyrenees so I booked him as that, even though he’s closer to border collie size. Piero changed him to collie once he saw him, which lowered the price by about $30, something most groomers probably wouldn’t do and would just leave it as the more expensive option. Their other groomer seemed so sweet too when I was talking to them. One of the cashiers, Brooke also showed me some good and reasonably priced food toppers- need him to put some weight on. Great store, lovely grooming.

I love the Loves Park store! I feel like the selection and inventory is better, the staff is always helpful and I love the adoption center.

It's close I like it but I can never really find a worker except for the lady at the front at the only cash register open.

I was a bit nervous because it was first time taking our Rottweiler Rocky to get groomed! He was super excited! Chelsea the groomer did a great job with Rocky! He came out looking so clean! He was super happy and his coat was so shiny. They also did a great job on trimming/ grinding his nails. I would definitely be going back again!

I love going to training class thanks to the trainer Danita. I would never take my dog anywhere else . She is very knowledgable and has tips and ideas to teach even the most stubborn dogs.

I was at Pet Smart on State St today getting cat food. I wanted to get Cat Sip but there wasn't any on the shelf. I asked the girl who was stocking if
she knew when they would get any. She wasn't sure, so I went and did other shopping. She came back and she had a box of cat sip. I was so happy cause that's about all my cat will eat. Bottom line is the girls name is Crystal. She deserves recognition.

I think I was greeted by every employee on my last visit. I got some information on milk bones that I didnt know, so I'm grateful for that. It was all around a pleasant visit.

It's definitely a clean store and dog friendly with a caveat. Just because your dog is well-behaved doesn't mean that others have a clue. When I visited, it was a free-for-all with a wild poodle challenging his owner and a little wiener dog growling at everyone. Good place to take your dog if you want to make sure they can handle chaos. Didn't have the brand of dog food that I wanted, but the treat selection was excellent, and my little pomsky appeared approving. Staff working was kind and helpful.
