We had a water leak while on vacation. After ServiceMaster finished their cleanup C S Remodeling came and made everything right again. They replaced drywall, vanities, carpet and painted. Made everything look even better than it was. Highly recommend Charlie yo help you out with any repairs. We will definitely use him again. If necessary

Charlie and his crew did an absolutely AMAZING job helping us with our fixer upper!! C.S.Home Remodeling did a number of projects at Camp Wapsie. They tore out carpet and installed new LVT flooring, they replaced siding, fencing and a variety of other projects. The owner and employees were friendly and got projects done in a timely manner.

We hired Charlie to side and roof our garage, install a new bay window, and put all new gutters on the house and garage. We're very, very satisfied with the completed projects. Charlie does great work, he's easy to work with, and does a fantastic job keeping the job site cleaned up. We're going to have him back next spring for the next project on the list.

This company explained all the options of products before starting and showed me the invoice of cost which was affordable. They did quality work and I will be calling them again when another project comes up!

Charlie is great, he spends the time to research the design to do it perfect. I had a custom roof built for my 5th wheel a few years ago and it turned out perfect, I was a Engineer for 14 years which means I'm picky. I recently hired Charlie to build a custom stationary dock on my 3 acre pond. This was a challenge but Charlie did the research and found a mounting system consisting of four 5' load bearing pins on footings at 45 deg to hold the dock solid. Charlie also found a long lasting Fiberon product with 25 year fade and stain warranty for the deck, it looks great. Charlie and the crew from CS Home Remodeling completed a major exterior makeover of our home last summer. They did a complete tear-off and replacement of the roof on both the house and detached garage. They also removed all the cedar siding from both structures and replaced it with EDCO steel siding, soffit and fascia along with new gutters. Since it was a large job, we met with Charlie several times to design and plan the project. His experience, knowledge and recommendations were greatly appreciated. They showed up when they said they would, did a quality job and made our house look great!

They did an Excellent job of removing our old Chimey Stack, repairing the hole in the roof and singled our roof. They kept us well informed throughout the process, and finished in a timely matter. And you could bet theirs prices.

High end quality work well worth the money

We had our roof replaced from the hail storm in April, and it totally survived the 112 mph winds of the Derecho in August 2020! Great to work with!
