Wendy's

Was at the tail end of a small rush and was pleasantly surprised when I got to the window and heard an employee shouting positive encouragement to the rest of the staff. Hearing an actual “good job everyone, you’re doing great” is really refreshing in this day and age of high stress and high expectations. Seems like a small detail, but it’s the small things that count.

The food is still too expensive though.

Wonderful customer service experience! The delightful crew member took very great care of me as a vegan. She had my fries cooked in a separate fryer. Perfect for random stop near the interstate.

I enjoyed a nice meal to myself and sat there doing some work that I needed to do on my phone. When I walked in the door before I got to the counter I was already greeted and they were already trying to take my order. So that made me happy. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Chicken Nuggets. They both came out nice and hot. Not over cooked or under cooked. So all in all definitely recommend Go To Buck Rd Wendy's for the win!

Katie and Krista are the best!! They are the sweetest and make you feel very welcomed! Highly recommend visiting, especially when they are there! :)

Got to be careful what Wendy's you go to....these days!!!.. but this location has always been great 2 me!! Girls at the counters are awesome

Very nice and friendly. My food even got delivered to the table I was sitting at. Definitely fast hot and fresh.

Best Wendy's I go to only thing I give a 4 star rating on is they don't always have my favorite chocolate frosty available 😞

Nice group of employees here, they're a little slow with getting you your food but the orders are always right, and food is fresh.

The Drive thru Cashier was awesome, very friendly and polite, don't know the girls name but she had dreadlocks that were whitish/gray. I will go out of my way to eat there again. My food was hot and the presentation of my sandwich was magnificent. Thank you.

The kind girl in the front desk was extremely accommodating with our 02 crying babies and was very helpful from toys options to quickly delivering unsalted fries and Nuggets to the hungry toddlers. Thank you for your service

Food was just okay. Service was pretty slow however they did apologize and give me a free cookie.(which I didn't know Wendy's even had cookies) lol

Someone else rummaged through my food by mistake. I wasn’t happy but the team quickly replaced our food without any fuss. Very friendly and hardworking staff.

My family of 4 went through the drive thru Wednesday before Thanksgiving just before "rush hour" the service was excellent with no wait time. Our food was very good. The fries, nuggets, and burgers were fresh and hot! This Wendy's has easy access from I75.

Food was great but order taker took my order wrong. No problem, they fixed it fast. Love the fries.

Brought our team in there of 30 kids after a football camp, unannounced, and the staff couldn't have handled it better. Efficient, orders were correct, and accommodated our guys on every request. Terrific team working there!

I have never had better service at a Wendy's! They were extremely kind, helpful and on top of cleaning and stocking items. It was a great stop!!!

Food taste great and there was a mistake on drive thru screen but was resolved quickly!!
