LOVE this place! We are doing a complete revamp of our backyard, and stopped here to choose plants. Pat was extremely helpful and drove me around the property to look at various options. (I am disabled and cannot walk, so this was sooo helpful!) He made a lot of great suggestions and gave helpful advice on planting, watering, fertilizer, etc. The nursery has TONS of plant options, as well as pots, decor and gardening accessories. There is also a great area indoors that offers various farmer's market type items like jams, jellies, produce, shrimp, steaks, cheese, etc. So much great stuff to choose from. We were able to find all of the plants we were looking for, and Cold Creek even delivered them for us. I definitely recommend them! Our landscaping crew was able to get our plants in the ground today, and all we need now is mulch! Hmmm.....looks like we need to make another trip to Cold Creek! LOL

Extremely well organized! The most beautiful nursery with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also sell farm fresh products such as fruit, veggies, goats milk, cheese, butter, pastries, jams and some prepared dishes. The prices are average. Not especially high or low, they are reasonable.

Everyone was very nice, quick to help and didn't bother you once they answered your questions. No pushy sales tactics and lots of variety of plants, very good prices.

Really nice staff. I arrived about an hour before closing, but the staff were nice and helpful. I look forward to going back earlier in the day to look at the huge assortment of plants. And find out who their landscape is for hire....love the outside fireplace and kitchen.

Ever heard of Idioms/Proverbs?

Loyalty or Respect?
Don’t Judge a book by its cover.
One bad apple can spoil a bunch.

What started off very rocky with the planning process (the planner!), turned out amazing.

To be perfectly honest, due to David, years of experience with Cold Creek, knowing the work ethic, and seeing the quality of work the company has and can produced is what kept us around.

We are true believers of you get what you pay for, BUT sometimes you shouldn’t have to go through too much to get there.

You truly have amazing professionals who genuinely love what they do; David, Goldie, Ryan, Casey, Dedra and their crew who are unbelievably skilled and extremely enthusiastic about their God given talent/craft!!

The cover (planner/administrative process) just messed up the fairytale of the experience and unfortunately the residual of that affected the ideal perfect ending of the story, lol/wink wink!

We truly do appreciate your professionalism, compassion, understanding and willingness to listen and work “WITH” us and not against us with our concerns/issues/complaints to give us a quality product that will last for generations!

Where to start? Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Love the selection of trees and flowers. They have fresh produce, strawberries are amazing! We've had 4 gallons so far and it's just the 2 of us. They also have some holistic products. Just sooo much! One of my favorite places to go!

I love this place! They have the best variety of house plants at fair prices. I have found hard-to-find plants for myself, my sister and my mother (they live in NC and always call me when they're looking for a specific plant).

I love Cold Creek! Professional, knowledgeable, the best customer service, beautiful plants and flowers, always a kind and caring staff member to answer your questions, plus they treat our lawn and shrubs, and do a great job with very experienced techs. If you are seeking class, top shelf, and refinement in an owner....it's found at Cold Creek.

Love their selection and classes offered. Great customer service. Wish they'd have more live music and outdoor catered events.

The retail side of Cold Creek may be the best run business in the CSRA. Not only do you get knowledgeable gardeners to answer your questions, but they go way beyond by creating an exceptional customer experience. I shop there often and am always impressed.

If you’re looking for variety, this is your spot. All employees are extremely knowledgeable of plants, care, and the Aiken area. They provided me a pamphlet about how to plant and garden in my solid clay yard. They are eager to help you find the plant that meets your needs. The workshops are so fun and educational. Amazing place!!!

Gorgeous, sprawling nursery with more plants than you can see in one visit. The staff here is super helpful and extremely nice, and if they don't know an answer to your question then they will find someone who does, which I really appreciate - being that I am a plant novice! You definitely get what you pay for at this establishment. I ended up buying an assortment of perennial herbs, that will be not only add to the beauty of my container garden on my back deck, but also taste wonderful in my recipes.

Beautiful place with great selection of plants. They have some common house plants with a sprinkle of some harder to find plants. Awesome pixie terrarium plants and succulent choices. Customer service was great. Fair prices. Will be retuning.
