They were kind and helpful and had what I needed my only problem was this O'Reilly's Auto parts on Richland avenue is understaffed. This particular O'Reilly's needs to hire more help, more knowledgeable help of automobiles and auto parts

They are always so friendly and helpful. The parts are cheaper here then some other stores and if they don't have it, then can get it quick for you. This is our home town parts store!

Always friendly nice to customers always clean I will say this I only go to the store and I only go if the manager Whitney is working she's five stars all day long. Good store good people alright prices.

Very helpful. Even installed new wiper blades while a lite rain was going on! Very nice, clean store and DID NOT have a problem with me, a female, being the person asking questions and making the purchase!

I am a senior citizen, I was at McDonald's across the street enjoying my morning coffee and forgot to turn my lights off. I called O Reilly for a boost and a employee walked over to help. 😊 🙏

I went in to get wiper blades for my daughters Jeep. The lady behind the counter was VERY helpful. Even found a coupon that saved me $$$!! She even installed them for me!!! I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts for ALL your automotive needs!!

Like all other auto parts stores the associates don't know much about vehicles so know the name or function of the parts you need and the info of your vehicle so they can look it up on their computers. It's not a knock on them but there was a time when auto part stores hired people knowledgeable of vehicles. That's why I still gave them 5* . Sign up for the rewards program you get a 5.00 coupon after you spend 20.00 or more in 5 Vist . Pretty much autozone and advanced do similar things.

They all always have exactly what parts im looking for when I need them better chance of getting your parts same day over most competitors

They have two of the best guys working there!!! Tonight they were a God send and I pray God blesses them!! They were so helpful... Highly recommend this store

i came here for a break caliper to replace the defective one that autozone sold me. needless to say it was a really REALLY bad day. the team here at o’reillys took time out of their day to listen to my frantic rambling, got me the right part, and even took time to talk to my mom over the phone for her ask questions about the piston (the defective piece of the autozone caliper). the kindness that was shown to a young person who doesn’t know much about cars in the first place deserves more stars than i can give. not once were they condescending or standoffish - they were understanding and empathetic. if you guys see this, thanks for making a really bad day better.

friendly staff and everything that I needed was easily accessed and obtained I was able to utilize their free tool service to use their code scanner and check my car for codes popping and the person came out and helped me instantly. I will definitely going back to this store for future parts needs

I do not remember the woman that help me name but she was awesome. She even let me borrow the heater hose cutting tool so I could fix my truck. The woman had blonde hair and deserves a raise!

When above and beyond to help me with a battery after walmart had me running around in circles I gave up went to O'Reilly's on Richland Avenue and within 30 min battery was installed and car running these guys there were great

Always a great experience when I shop at O'Reilly Auto Part. They are pretty knowledgeable on most things you ask or will get another staff member who is.

Chris Cato did the extra service in helping by son evaluate his car for a better solution. I would highly recommend Chris for his knowledge on cars.

They normally have pretty good people if you go in ask for Rico he will take care of you for sure
