Never have what I need :). Lol. Its silly to not sale sink parts. It's okay. I know places that do.

< after response> They do a great job in most cases. It's got to be tough to keep all the random items inventoried that our everyday lives may come in need of, so no worries. The good thing about Lowes is they have a newer or better item that can more than likely replace the need all the same. Cheers.

This particular time, I ordered my products online. This was very helpful for me because I was sick and did not want to go shopping or be around other people where I would infect them, but my repair had to be done sick or not. Because of their curbside service, I was able to order what I needed. Their employee was kind enough to put it in the bed of my truck. I was ofg to do the repairs that were required. People may think curbside pick-up is for lazy people, but it surely helped when I was sick (and saved everyone from possibly catching my virus). The prices are fair, and my order was ready for pick up quickly. Most importantly, the employees were fantastic to help!

Ok sometimes when we go here, there are no sales associates around and available to assist. Sometimes they see you but don’t greet you or ask if you need any help. BUT, DEAN from appliances was super cool! He helped our family pick the washer, dryer and fridge for our new home by giving us so much detail and knowledge about all the items and brands. Dean is very knowledgeable and ties his experiences with the sale. He made sure we left understanding what we were getting and he was super chill to talk to too. Give this guy a raise lol if you guys need any appliances, go to Dean in Fairfield!

The store is well kept with plenty of staff around the store. I went in to buy a coupler adapter for a shop vac to dig out a spark plug fragm out of an engine. Keep up the good job.

Paid a visit and the staff was so helpful and nice when I wanted to place an order for delivery. Very happy with my experience.

Went today to go buy a Washing machine and was Helped by Dean. Such a wonderful man! He was very patient while my mom picked out the washer she wanted and gave us advice and recommendations. He also helped us out 100% and made the process of checking out easy! Amazing customer service! Thank you Dean !!!

I switched from Home Depot to Lowes a long time ago. It's less crowded and you can get help when you need it. I was in and out with what I needed in 15 minutes.

I must say excellent customer service and support. I enjoy thee atmosphere and even if short staff at times they all pull together professionally that's a plus all the way. So customers patience and your needs will be met.☆☆☆♡♡

This is a very nice new Lowe’s ! It still has the new store and building supplies smell to it.
This may not be the biggest Lowe’s store, but it still has a great selection to choose from, and very friendly staff that is always willing to help you find whatever you might be looking for 👍👍

I used to just go to home depot, but then I found this Lowe’s! Super clean, organized, easy to find stuff, and super friendly staff around! I find the price is usually better than Home Depot too. I’ve returned some used tools due to quality issue and the process was quite smooth and friendly. Not sure about other areas but this Lowe’s is better than the Fairfield Home Depot for sure!

I experienced a very helpful and knowledgeable Lowe's assistant named Robert. I was then able to make a knowledgeable decision on my purchase. Also at the self-check, the young assistance observed I was having physical issues. She gladly helped me complete my purchase.
Wonderful experience today.

Let me tell you, the only reason why we come here rather than going to Home Depot is bc there's better customer service here. We're not invisible here, workers actually acknowledge us, granted there are a couple young ones that need a bit more guidance and need to know the true meaning of customer service, in time and I'm hopeful they will. Other than that, this place is great.

We always get a lot of help from Josh, he's usually at the registers at the entrance but is always helpful with no hesitation. If he's not able to assist us, he passes us to someone that can, and the associates he asks to help us are also helpful and professional. We completed so many home improvement projects thanks to the workers here, especially Josh.

I like looking at the stoves and fridges and easy to find everything you need

Dean was awesome and helped us pick out a great fridge and flat top range/oven. Customer service was on point and was very informative. Will definitely return!
