JENNA was the best server! She was really sweet! My food was wonderful. Everyone were also nice! When I forgot my sauce and milkshake Jenna immediately gotten all that taken care of nicely! She is real nice!!!

Customer service from all the employees and managers are superb. They make you feel welcome and the food is delicious. But if it is alright with you, I like to make a suggestion. I am a pescatarian and the selection that chic fil a has is very limited. Will it be any trouble if you can add a new menu?

Visiting from DC, I was handled by "Jackson" with a great big smile and most professional demeanor. Thank you for representing your company well!

Very chick filly. I arrived at 12 pm and was out by 1222 in the drive thru. I always get a Southwest salad and grilled nugs so its the same every where. I would visit this location again. I wouldn’t advise coming here in a hurry.

The customer service is exemplary and shows what proper hiring, training, and ongoing coaching can produce. Great food but like everywhere else is getting a bit pricey but worth it all things considered.

Came through the drive thru today around lunch and there was only ONE guy walking around taking every cars orders, I think his name was Hadley. He was incredible!! There was a long line of double lane cars and he was so fast and efficient, he definitely needs to be recognized for his hard work :)

Order was ready quickly but I didn't get any of the sauces I requested.

Great place to eat. Everyone is always nice. Although the line is usually long it’s always worth the good food and service. My favorite is the chicken sandwich and chocolate milkshake. There also is a good play area for kid. But the best part is the service by far. There service is unmatched by anyone. Five stars, would recommend

Always great service at Chik fil a. Other chains should take note. Pay a decent wage, staff properly, have happy return customers and make a lot of money. Not rocket surgery.

One of my favorite Chick Fil A's in the 205. Service is fantastic. Gotta give a shout out to Lisa in the drive thru, great personality, very friendly

The place the was packed! Drive-thru line was long so I walked inside. The order took just a little longer than usually on account of all the customers. When my meal finally came up the employee handed me a gift certificate for a free sandwich on account of the "excessive" wait time. LoL

A young guy by the name of Jalen Monroe took my order and he was very patient and polite. Had very good manners. That goes a long way in this type of business. Just his attitude alone speaks volumes, and if course my food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be back.

They literally have Diapers for parents outside the bathrooms and mouth wash inside the restroom for sparkly clean breath after your amazing food here. I mean honestly if these guys aren’t the One True Fastfood establishment on the earth. I don’t know who is!

Yall have these young people out here in the freezing cold, pouring rain, and burning sun. Shame shame shame. Give them a raise! 5 stars on behalf of the ambitious workers.

The mobile ordering process is spot on.

The food was good and it was hot. The downside is that I didn't use the mobile app because they were busy but other than that I would say it was worth the wait.
