We went here late night too get a quick bite and the whole time I'm honestly just praying they get my order kinda right me and my wife ordered double cheeseburgers and I eat mine plain so there is usually a problem but NOT tonight not only did they get my order correct but it was actually streaming hot and fresh off the grill plus I had ordered two BBQ sauces that they remembered to put in the bag also. Great job guys I wish it was like this every time

Ms..Darnella is always nice. She was super duper nice today. The food was Amazing. The lobby clean kudos

Might I say they come through with my large mocha Frappe no whip extra ice for da win....

I got my food in record time!! The food was fantastic!!

I had the sausage egg McMuffin with hash browns, and large sweet tea. The tea was awesome that nothing was awesome, the hash browns were okay they could have been warmer. Overall great experience

Baked oysters and seafood augratin = the 👌

Very nice employees fast service

It was GREAT for me because the Frappe machine was up. It's not usually around 1pm and I need my Large mocha frappe with a triple shot of espresso to make it thru work.
I really do appreciate getting it!!! Thanks guys and gals. But isn't think it's been up since then......boooo

Love Micky D'S but if they can only put the bun on the grill an not serve it cold.

Pretty good as long as they don't give you somebody else's order.

Used the self-serve kiosk to order my food....order was correct....food was good.

The ladies in the drive thru where very nice and smiled thanked me and said have a wonderful day. The food was hot and fresh. It was fast just as a drive thru should be. I was very happy with my whole experience

Always GREAT FOOD! Eat here for good!
Alot of chains open in Birmingham and then the hiring of staff crumbles or the staff loses their ability to stay focused, be happy, be positive and strive to always do a better.

The service was great, as soon as I walked through the along with a co-worker the greeted us with a loud welcome. It actually startled me for two reasons, the first being a state of thinking I was at Chick-fil-A, and secondly why are mcdonald's employees and management being professional? It's been awhile since going into mcdonald's and actually feeling like they genuinely were pleased to serve us.

I didn't have no problem it was just the drive thru line was long I waited 30 minutes before I order when I got to the window it was this nice young lady by herself she did a great job handle it by herself

Frappes Aplenty **. They always make them quite good here! Line is seriously long, but I’m thrilled I don’t have to turn around and search for one that’s selling Frappes
