I was so excited to find this store when I was looking for a silicone bong. They only had 3 small ones. I didn't love the designs but bought one because I needed it ASAP. When I got home and prepared to use it, I discovered someone else already had. They sold me a USED bong. The stem was filthy and the bong was dirty. I drove all the way back into town to get a refund so I can go to their other location and see what selection they have. I was told they don't allow returns. I said "Even when YOUR STORE sold me a used product???" He said no. I can understand that they have a no refund policy. But you sold me the defective product. I did nothing wrong so why should I lose the money? Why does it need to be an exchange? It's your fault! I took the exchange and I will never shop here again. What a huge disappointment.

The replacement bong they gave me leaks! This store is ridiculous. Save yourself a lot of irritation and go somewhere else!

This place is worse than gambling. Decent prices of you actually get a working vape. If you dont then good luck getting a different one or a refund. If you get the stockier guy it's like he wants people to explode from broken vapes because he just will NOT give you a different one. I hope he explodes though. And they just straight up dont give you your money back of you already paid and nome of the vapes you try work. Man, just drive 5 minutes to mega 2 for better staff and better products

Walked in ready to buy a new quarts banger, and a new recycler and other things. Was going to spend about 400$ cus I looked them up and they supposed to have all this stuff. Walk in...ask the guy for a quartz banger...he hands me cheap glass....so I said what's this?? I wanted quartz....he says "how can you tell?"...I ask for a recycler...he just points around...

what's wrong with these shops out here??? They all really really suck. The people are super rude and honestly don't care about anything but their paycheck. Mega let down 💯

Saleswoman wasn’t thorough at all when explaining components of vape pens and didn’t explain to us that the vape pen needed a battery until after the purchase. We were under the impression that it was chargeable when we were asking about the pen. She said they have a no refund policy, which is posted lower than hip height at their register. Shotty business practices, uninformed, disinterested sales people. Would not recommend this shop.

Absolutely terrible service, sells fakes disposables and will not replace same day disgusting 🤮
