Service has picked up in the last little bit in terms of in-restaurant meals vs. Drive through 3 to 1. Pace of food prep has improved as well. We do enjoy getting the chocolate chip cookies along with the meal. Helps with the Sweet Tooth but you don't get too full.

We have Absolutely ordered in the drive thru several times but this was out first dine in experience. It was just perfect!! The wait was a little long because they were super busy but the kids working were awesome and so kind! They must have a great crew because they worked together so well. They definitely deserve all the praise!! We loved the freestyle soda machine!! The orange cream soda is the perfect summer drink!! Our food came out hot and fresh and was absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried their little funnel cakes you're missing out!! Go get you one!!! They're the perfect size for one person and come with caramel sauce on the side for only $3.50!!! We will definitely be back again soon.

I LOVE their chicken fingers and fries. I don't like Zax sauce (or Cane's sauce for that matter).

It was 12:20ish lunchtime midweek, and we were in and out of drive thru without a wait. It was all correct, delicious, and hot enough to burn your fingers... Couldn't have been better!

One of our new favorite places. We drive over an hour one way to eat here. I think everything is made to order. The chicken comes out hot and juicy every single time. All of their sauces are killer and unique to Zaxby's. And their sweet tea is mighty fine, too. We've been to a bunch of different stores in different states and our experience has been the same every time. If you've never tried them before, you should check them out. Yes, it's a chain, but the experience is grandma's house for Sunday dinner.

I had their main product, which is their chicken. I can't say that it tastes better than chi fi let as it taste different. It does seem like it offers a lot more food choices. All in all service was good, food was good , and the price was good.

Went through the drive thru to get my kids' dinner, and the waitress that took my order was kind, and the service was quick. The food was great as always.

Stop in on our way to Red River Gorge, the food was very good staff was very young but had excellent manners and were very friendly. Plenty of room to park as we were pulling a trailer. Only complaint is the building is hard to see from the road we passed it once then barely seen it coming the opposite directing due to trees out front and lack of signage. Would recommend!

We arrived towing our boat and realized we wouldn't make it though the drive through. The lobby was closed. We called and spoke to an employee. They took our order over the phone, had me walk up to the drive through to pay, and brought our food out to our truck. We really appreciate the employees being flexible and the food was delicious as always.

My first time eating at a Zaxby's. Salads are huge and really good! I wish they gave a little more dressing; which the dressing just comes in packets (it's not made in-store).
Staff was friendly professional and great. We ate inside and it was well-kept and clean.

The second best chicken restaurant in town. Great food and service.

This location continues to have fantastic drive thru service. Always polite and frequently fast.

Love this place Me and my Wife visit here at least one Saturday out of the month and the staff are the friendliest I've come across the food is always hot,fresh, and delicious

Better service this time, I placed an online order went in to pick it up, they said it would be another 5 minutes on the egg rolls. I waited and received extra chicken on the salad for my wait. Was not expected, but appreciated. I would order online again, after walking in and waiting I still got served quicker. 😁

Food was delivered as ordered and nice and hot! A little wait time when I got there but they were busy. Handled the line and customers they had quickly and efficiently.

I cannot say enough good about this restaurant. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The food gets high scores on everything from taste to presentation. I will definitely be back as often as possible.
