The workers are always polite and I met a new friend there yesterday and I really like the place. Thanks for staying cool!

I love this place! I'm here occasionally, and the staff are so friendly! McDonald's is hit or miss on what you get, but I love the Pilot!

Not a bad little Pilot to stop at, on Sunday it seemed to have a lot of spots open all night. The fuel island are at a sharp left angle, so make sure you get the turn good. I can see this place being really busy during the weekdays, but on the weekends, it’s pretty quiet and relaxed here. I’d come back for sure.

Also there was a toddler restraint strapping device in the bathroom stall next to the baby diaper changing station. The newest germ weapon of public bathroom cleanliness. For caring parents on the go.

The night shift store manager (Ashley) she is very honest and supportive, she do all what she can to satisfy her customers
Also the showers and the restrooms are clean.

This place was great. I enjoyed the food. The coffee was great. The service I experienced awesome. The showers had a wait time, but wasn't to long. Prices are a little high. They do offer great deals all the time on the pilot app. Also, they will let you know the offers they have.

The McDonald’s was very clean and well kept. The employees were extremely nice. They forgot our orange drink but the reimbursed us with a free item.

This is definitely one of the better Pilots that I've visited in the country and I've visited over 50 of them. The place is always clean except for the bathrooms. But that's to be expected with as much traffic as I get. They can't be spiffy all the time. The Wendy's is always clean in the service is always good. The cashiers and other employees in the convenience store are generally friendly, welcoming, and efficient at their jobs. You can definitely pick worse places to make a pit stop on your travels.

Very very clean bathrooms, easily accessible from either the car parking lot or semi parking lot. The staff is always very polite and helpful if you have any questions. McDonald's here is probably one of the better ones I've ever been to!

I love the people who work there. Every employee ia always working and tending to customers needs in a very kind and professional manner. Love the items the Pilot offers. Lovely place. Nice employees! ! I always get a smile and how are you today when I stop in.

Extremely friendly workers! Fantastic fresh coffee! Entire store, bathrooms were very clean. Lots of stock for travelers. Outside & parking lot very well lit, also very clean.

Came in at 1am in the cold very cold morning. Had a reserved parking i paid for. Manager and maintenance and one Ozark driver helped me greatly to back in a very tight and awkward hole. If it wasn't for them I dont think I could have done it. Very much appreciated. I was very tired and I can't say how much I appreciated all of their help.

This is a great place to stop when travelling or staying in Georgetown. There are actually two Pilot Travel Centers at exit 129 in Georgetown. One has a McDonald's connected to it and the other a Wendy's. The one with the McDonald's is quite old and in need of a remodel - lots seems to be falling apart here and the bathrooms are pretty nasty. The other Pilot Travel Center however is amazing. It's much larger, nicer and the bathrooms are clean and roomy. The staff is nice and the Wendy's is fantastic. They always seem to have some sort of special on snacks as well. Gas is normally on the cheaper side for Georgetown. We have even found gas here cheaper than at Costco.
If you are going to stop at one of these locations, stop at the one with the Wendy's.

Great place! Beautiful scenery we got to see cows getting herded and it’s 91 degrees and I had fun walking my sweet Bella!! Clean showers also!

We visit here often, every time..always great customer service, LOVE the coffee..always fresh b/c it's the NEW Bean To Cup machines cant ask for a better cup! So good that other places like Loves, TA, Flying J, Mapco..etc. They have had the same machines installed. Sorry BUT none of these places can do what Pilot does. #PilotFan

Best gas prices around. Friendly staff, large selection and clean restrooms make this a great stop on your way to anywhere on this path. I was impressed with the breakfast foods and staff.

Clean, good assortment of food and drinks. Also, very well lit at night which may seem like a silly thing to state but it has really made me feel more comfortable when I need to stop for gas late at night or really early in the morning.

This is probably some of the friendliest staff I've ever met at a Pilot Kaitlyn, Becky, and Shawn all play off each other very well and have personalities that go well with each other. Just listening to them smile and laugh and involve the customers in their jokes and witty banter puts a smile on my face and turned my previously terrible day into an enjoyable one.
