I just want to say that Cheryl Miller and Ms Cyreeta Neal have been nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!! They have been the best people I have ever worked with and they are absolutely hilarious!!!!! Ms Miller if you see this, NO MORE DAYS OFF!!!! I need 2 weeks notice lol!!!! Thank you ladies for everything.

If you’re going here for Covid testing, be aware that they’re closed between 12 and 1 for lunch. I would not recommend making an appointment between 11 and 12; if there’s a line, there’s a chance you won’t get seen… even with an appointment.

They have stepped it up a notch within past year. More organized and more employees who actually care enough to help.

No one answers the phone. I mean NEVER! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every single time you go in there the women behind the front are chit chatting away.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. had me sitting in the waiting room when there was no one else even there while 3 workers sat in the office laughing & talking instead of helping me.. Then I leave & try to call & get no answer every time.. now I know why. They laugh & talk instead of doing their job !!

No one ever answers the phone. I've walked in there after trying to call for several days and they just let the phone ring instead of answering calls. It's very frustrating when I need to communicate with my social worker but can't because the receptionist (or whoever) doesn't pick up the phone.

First Of all they sent a threatening letter stating that my son will be denied Medicaid because a third party notified them stating he was on another healthcare plan. Which he is but that doesn’t mean to take him off Medicaid as a second. I called and left voicemails and nobody ever called backed or answered! I got another letter in the mail stating they took him off. Before that they kept sending court threats to his father when we live together and he’s been on his plan since we got home from the hospital. He’s almost 2 now. when they already had all the information and copies of his fathers plan and Medicaid. They sent us at least 7 letters for that yet they can’t answer the phone??
Now I’m trying to do an interview for snap because everyone is struggling and nobody answers the phone or contacts me back after leaving voicemails?! Not even the decency to email me back or call me
To tell me they did get all the verifications for the application. Yet sent a threatening letter already stating if I don’t send it by the 10th they’re going to deny my application already!!!

I'm so glad in 37 days I'm done with this place!
They shut my insurance off because I didn't give pay stubs but got no paper works stating I need that..
I go in to speak to someone at 1:50pm and the lady at the front desk was real ignorant.
She told another lady I'm not giving you my stapler but she wasn't doing anything.
Got rude told her take a number for a dam stapler they don't provide you.
You people expect us to drop info off and it gets screwed up or lost it's our fault when we dropped it there.
Then shut us off I'm pregnant and got 0 warning and a one day notice to provide all my info or I'd be kicked off and can't reapply for 6-8 months.
I've had zero issues at Dover and now you guys screw with me and cut me and my kids stuff off when I turned everything in.
The people suck no one answers u ever and when they do it isn't there issue!

I call and no one ever answers phones, frustrating!!! To go in person is not convenient, when already been there. Problem not solved !!!

They never answer the phone and when you go in person someone at the front desk is always rude to you I hate dealing with the people who work here.

Guess what ? Manners are free. For those whose mommy and daddy's never taught them.j c

Horrible service you'll be waiting on hold for about an hour. It'd rediculous

only making this post now seeing as I've been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and haven't talked to anyone yet
