Wendy's

The employees were laughing and joking with each other. They were quick with getting the order to me. The food was what was expected

I don't often eat fast food but Wendy's chili is hard to beat

Very good food but Everytime I go there is only 3 people a head of me and it takes 15 minutes to get my food and I only get 30 minute lunch time

This Wendy's has come a long way.... They're really good now, and they were alright when I first moved here back in the early 2000s, then they went sort of downhill for a bit and food tasted awful and looked sloppy.

After the remodel a while ago, I feel like it put some good vibes in there because it's been great ever since! I've seen one of the manager ladies asking an employee to prepare more meat for the chili because it wasn't meaty enough and I was surprised! I mean most managers usually cut costs by having less meat. I appreciate that because I usually get the chili half the time!

Staff is friendly and it's always pretty clean inside.

Definitely one of our families favorite places to grab a quick bite. Can't beat those prices!
I think the only thing I would change about this place is how the parking lot is so small that it's one way. Oh, and if you can't fit in the drive thru line when you turn in, just go around the darn building will you? If someone gets in front of you, it won't kill you, I promise! Leave sooner if you're in a rush! Being late is no one's fault but your own.. okay I'm going off now and uh, ma'am.... this is a Wendy's. 🤣

Usually always on point. I wish the management that ran this ran the KFC/Taco Bell in Smyrna but if I need food late it’s always going to be here.

The manager does need to fix the soap dispenser in the ladies room. Good thing they have two sinks behind the counter for the employees!

Sometimes the wait is too long which is understandable but they don't acknowledge the customer that you are seen

I love go to Wendy’s because they have a good food and service but I love their strawberry frosty

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s since I was a kid when we pass through town. It has had some rough moments, as all businesses do. However, the times I have gone recently, I have been truly satisfied. I was greeted at the drive thru promptly and with warmth. The warm service continued when I reached the window. There was a little wait for my food (no more than 2 minutes), but I knew it was hot and fresh! Still rockin’ with this Wendy’s.

My wife and I stopped for a quick lunch, while running errands. The place was clea, and not very crowded at 2PM on a weekday. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious

Place just reopened after remodel.. still same friendly staff and good food.. there was an issue with our order..was just missing a topping.. but they made a new burger no problem and let me keep the other one.. that's good service.. the new look is different but looks great!!

This is one of the only good Wendy’s I have been to in a while. The staff was a lot of older people, and they made you feel as if you were a part of the restaurant family. Go to this one. The night cashiers deserve a raise!

They went above and beyond with an order. I ordered the wrong sandwich for my gf and I went in and they gave me the one she wanted for free even though it costed more than the original order and they gave me a frosty for free! I never really ate a lot of Wendy's but this one has changed my opinion and I'm a fan. Absolutely great people working in there! If anything goes wrong or not to your liking, they will try to make it right and not many fast foods will do that. :)!

I left my debit card there by accident last week & after calling my back & backtracking, I called & spoke with the manager. She assured me that it was safe & locked up. I stopped in to get it with my ID. So, I immediately bought a son of Baconator. Thanks so much for the service.

Our food was delish! Online order and everything was hot and fresh,my husband got the strawberry salad w/ champagne vinaigrette he loved it! Great job to the staff at Smyrna's Wendy's

I always liked this place before. And Wendys is still my favorite fast food place.(used to be Mcdonalds) Really like this place after the updates. Modern drink fountains, is a fireplace to sit by, places to charge your phones, and everything here is brand new. Love the food here and very happy with the updates. Great job Wendys.

Good service, food was fresh.. The team inside did a great job..Fries could have been fresher but they were still decent....Thank you wendys....
