Come here Everytime in Smyrna the staff are nice and friendly stuff is always fresh they are really fast over here great place to come never wait long for what I order

Clean and nice a DD.

I went through the drive thru with 5 of us around 7-8am and ordered around $30-35 worth of food and drinks. We got to the window and were given everything within a couple minutes. It was all correct, the worker was polite and we were on our way. We see you Smyrna Dunkin. Great job!

They always do good here and move quickly especially since the line back up very fast.

They are always friendly, and they stir the coffee before giving it to you!

This is the best location I have encountered. Insanely fast, super friendly, and my drink tastes the same every single time. The manager looks like he makes the shift fun for his employees and the customers

It may get busy for the drive thru but I feel like it's mainly quiet and peaceful inside

My husband & I are frequent Dunkin customers this location is one of our favorites. Very efficient & friendly staff. Food made & packaged well. In a time where good customer service and quality food is hard to find, this store stands out.

Update: my original 2 star review was from about Feb. 2021, it is now Dec 2021. I started going to this Dunkin again a few months ago. The attitude and feel of this place has totally changed. All the people working were very friendly and responsive. They happily followed as I gave my numerous modifications ( I like it how I like it). I have defiantly changed my opinion about this Dunkin. Maybe I had happened to go on the bad days, but there were many. I am glad they fixed the issues.

This specific Dunkin is the worst! Alway out of things, which isn’t the employees fault, but I have always been met with attitude from all the employees. Today when ordering I was meet with incredible attitude for asking a question about an item. Is it so unreasonable to ask one question? I’m not asking them to read the menu but when they are constantly out

of stuff I wasn’t sure if they would have the item..I don’t see myself as a “Karen” but I def asked to talk to the manager when I heard the employees talking about me thinking that glass window is sound proof. The manager just nodded and then said a timid “thank you” It’s hard to believe because of how small this dunking is and how loud the employee was that the manager couldn’t already hear the s*it talk going on. They are rude. Every. Single. Time. I always hate going here and seem to forget how bad it is. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes south to the next Dunkin where they are always awesome! I wish I would have listened to myself and done that.

My daughter Leah and I stopped into this Dunkin’ Donuts today and had a very good experience. The three young ladies working were very friendly and very outgoing. Thank you ladies for being outstanding at customer service and for making my daughter feel special.

Was happy to find a DD open past 8 around here on our way home to NJ. Read the reviews while placing my order, cringed about how long people complained they waited and the attitude of the staff. The girl was friendly and pleasant and the coffee was just fine. It was not more than 2 mins wait with a car in front of us too. Good experience!

I hardly ever get to eat Dunkin’ Donuts but when I do I always end up getting food that taste like it has some type of cleaner or regurgitated cheese product in it. Upon finishing my blueberry Crisp ice latte I get a strong water down alcohol taste like that of Windex and my teeth and tongue are squeaky clean. I might be overreacting but then again I’ve caught the other Dunkin’ Donuts spreading cheese that they have chewed up on my bagel. So. That Outta teach me to order breakfast again before I go to work .

Wonderful & kind staff, super fast service, and always have my coffee (whole bean original and k cups).

Both customer service assistants were very nice and eager to assist us. I used a groupon to make the purchase the cashier was glad to take the coupon. The coolatia was very gòod.

All the staff are very nice and know what I want before I say it. Best place ever. Don't go anywhere else for my coffee. Ladies are great.!!!

They know me like the back of their hands, it's always a pleasure for me!
I do understand I'm always going to be a little bias about my local DD😊.

I'm a regular here. I love everyone who works at this place. They know me and my order and they even ask me about the little things. I love it!!!

Friendly and quick service, and they actually let you pick your donuts in the drive-thru as opposed to the south Smyrna one where they pick them for you since the drive thru is considered "express".

This Dunkin Donuts is the absolute best, if you are in Smyrna this is the place to go
