I cannot tell you the last time I stopped and had lunch at this Wendy’s overall it was a great experience. They have a very friendly staff and also a very clean store, along with a beautiful sign welcoming people to Brownstown , Mi. I got the Pretzal Baconator and a frosty! I will be going back

Edit: Whoevers making the burgers at night, give me a plain chicken BLT ONE MORE TIME THAT I PAY TO UPGRADE and ima have you fired. How hard is it to put anything at all besides lettuce on the chicken sandwhich? Either lazy or ignorant. Not just mine this time all three of our sandwhiches.

I had the honor of getting helped by Matthew! A manager he helped me understand the menu and went over everything with me and had patience with me! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone due to the amazing customer care and food I got! 😊

Crispy fries is a rare term at fast food restaurants including most Wendy’s. I have been so used to the status quo that I and am blown away right now. They are doing something right at this Wendy’s.

I don’t think I could explain in words the entire story, but I had to come inside the location last night (2/10) and the MOD deserves a raise!!!! She was running circles around that staff trying her absolute hardest, I’m not saying they were doing a poor job but I went in there ready to just be annoyed after such a long day & having to fix our order & by the end I genuinely just felt for her, wether it’s understaffing, training, whatever, she was killing it. My last job was as a GM seeing over 30-40 employees and she is the type of employee I would have loved to have! She was real & she just wanted to do a good but efficient job.

This morning I ordered thru the app. Upon arrival I was told that we're out of apple slices and compensated me with medium sized wedge! I appreciate the quick service this morning and the two guys that came to the window were very nice! ❤

As the new General Manager of this location I will work hard to win back your trust & support. Thanks Brownstown!

This is one of the best Wendy's around. They keep milk Bones for your dogs. They are super fast and food taste great. Fresh fries none of old soggy kind

Short staffed but food was hot and fresh

I came here at 10:30 am right when they opened went through the drive thru. I ordered a baconater without the bacon because I can't eat pork and a small fry. The cashier rang it up differently so they wouldn't overcharge me and the total was very reasonable after he was done. The food came out very fast. When I received my meal my fries were perfectly fresh golden brown and crispy they just came out the deep fryer weren't sitting around long and my burger was very fresh. The food was delicious. One of the best meals I EVER HAD from a Wendy's! I will definitely be back here. I do door dash part time and everytime I have came here to pick up food the staff is very friendly and has great service. Good people!

Even while very short staffed tonight , the service was great and food was great . The workers here are always kind .

I just had a great experience at this Wendy’s. Mia at the window (I remember because that’s my daughters name) really helped me out — about as much as anyone at a fast food place can. I really appreciate the kind gesture. Never had that happen before to me and it’s a great customer service move. Well done. Thank you and I appreciate it.

In my honest opinion this is the absolute VERY BEST Wendy's Location in the downriver area. ALWAYS Clean, ALWAYS Fast, ALWAYS Friendly, ALWAYS Have a Great meal. I think since they opened they may have only messed up our order 2 or 3 times. And that's saying something about a fast food restaurant.

Best Wendy's experience I've ever had the worker there that service me is still new she was very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful when I was deciding what I wanted to order she was patient with me and really made me feel comfortable making my order I asked her to get a manager just so I can acknowledge her great customer service she provided her name is Martika you get a triple A+++keep up the great work this is definitely my new favorite Wendy's to go to

I live near by so I stop by to grab food in my late work nights and this location has gotten better. The last time I was in an African American male was working the front I think his name might start with a J , AnyWho the drive-through was superlong so I decided to come on the inside. There are about four people ahead of me and she was taking orders and bagging a Food while his customer was paying and getting people in and out very fast. I was impressed by his focus and Productivity! He was very friendly as well which is not common during rush hours . Seems like The employees panic and get frustrated face but not him. I was in and out ! Big ups to that guy! Way to stay in the game man !

This is my favorite Wendy's location. Unlike most Wendy's, the fries are actually fresh most of the time. And kids meals are always $1.99! That is just awesome! The Wendy's app will occasionally have deals like free JBC with any purchase, so with a chicken nuggets kids meal, it's pretty much the 4 for $4, but for $2. Can't beat it.

Edit: The $1.99 kids meals are going away, which I'm devastated about. It was amazing while it lasted.

Order taker was polite and efficient. Carry out was quick and food was hot.

Greeter was friendly. Order was correct, which is a big deal considering we ordered a few special sandwiches.

Staff is friendly here and they let you know if you do this instead of that to get a better deal! Food is always hot and fresh and cook to order! One of the beset Wendys around! My go to Wendys when the Woodhaven Location is closed.
