I am SO thrilled with my experience from today in the store! Rob stopped to ask if I needed help with anything, and after I told him I own a cleaning cleaning company he directed me to a killer deal on Zepp antibacterial cleaner. He even helped me load up several shopping carts and bring them out to my car! I am SO excited and had he not took the time to ask me a couple questions, I would have never known about it!

Awesome customer service the assistant manager she is a sweet heart so whoever was the assistant manager on Fri Dec. 6th 2019 around 1:30pm she more then deff. Needs a raise she made a wonderful wonderful experience would recommend this home Depot to anyone in need of a remodel store with a lively and friendly atmosphere!!!! Thank you for reading and Happy Remodeling stay safe out there!!! Ps: They also rent heavy machinery at this location to!!!

Experience did not start off well but was totally resolved thanks to Karen!

If I could do a zero stars I would.
Went and spent over 500.00 dollars on a Weber grill only to find out the sales girl screwed up the order, was told by an employee it was cancelled and to come in and re-order. Well here we sit 2 weeks later no grill and no refund on my account. Called today and the assistant manager said it was our problem and hung up
Do NOT got to this store!!!

After I posted my review I got a call from one of the managers, Karen who was amazing and took care of everything we needed, 5 stars in my book. Will totally go back to this location!!!!!

My wife and I had a great experience selecting our Cambria countertops at this Home Depot! Their kitchen design staff (Jim S) was particularly knowledgeable and helped us create a really wonderful space within our home! Thanks a bunch!

6/11/23: My husband and I went to buy a patio table that showed was in stock. We asked a very kind employee because we couldn't find it and they knew exactly where it was: on the bottom of a stack at the top of shelves - as close to the ceiling as it could get.
A few more employees had to join and block off the aisle for safety and found a forklift driver to grab it down for us without any fuss, even though it was definitely an inconvenience for them. It was incredible service, especially since the table was only $70.
I'll definitely be back!

We went for a sale item and got what we wanted. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I just received the most helpful service from Rob at Home Depot! He not only carried my purchases to the checkout, but also to my car. I’ve just recently started using crutches, and this kind of help makes me so grateful!

Rob and Gabriel were amazing! We had one specific planter that we were looking for but it was still up in a pallet and Rob went above and beyond to get it down for us. Amazing service and experience!

WOW, is all I can say! Suzanne is wonderful in the flooring department. She went above and beyond to help me when I called in for my carpet installation. I hired a contractor who dropped the ball on my flooring work and needed help fast to get my house ready to be sold. I can't believe Home Depot offers free installation for carpeting! What a great deal! What a great person to work with and I can tell she truly cares about her customers. Thank you Suzanne for making sure I got taken care of in a timely manner and going the extra mile to arrange the installation even though things had to be done "outside the box". Superb customer service and excellent value with this purchase. Got way more than I bargained for on this trip! Truly impressed me :) Thanks again

the staff was all amazingly friendly and jack helped my dad and I get a Christmas tree- a display one and helped us bring it up to the registers and even helped put it into bags and everything.

There's WiFi! 5 ⭐!

5 star for almost every aspect of this location. This location is awesome. People are some of the most friendly and helpful I've encountered at any retail establishment.
Their organization with clear aisle and bay locations make shopping so easy. The app - when in service range - also proves very helpful.

The 1 star part - kind of difficult to use the app to find the item that is so well identified when the entire freaking store is a dead zone. They provide no WiFi and even 10 feet into the store, it's like the Bermuda triangle - any chance for mobile use vanishes. Can we please get some wifi provided here?

Aside from that, still 5 star overall. Excellent place.

Had what we needed, so it was a quick in and out experience.

The Home Depot is a great DIY or home needs store. I needed a few things while I was in town to help my daughter and son-in-law move into their new home. The Home Depot, maintaining their standard layout regardless of which state or town you are in, had exactly what I needed. Thankfully, they had more of the same as I required more than I thought I needed.

Need wood, holiday decor, hardware, screws, tools, or appliances? I love that The Home Depot always has employees around to help you find whatever it is you need. This one was no exception.

I rented a trailer from them today. The rental center closes at 8 and gps was putting me there to be at 804. I called to see if I could drop it off still. I was unable to do so because of paperwork. The gentleman I spoke to, Kent, said to still come on by. He would stay the extra 5 min. I was so grateful for this, as it would have put my workday tomorrow morning 45 minutes earlier and out of the way. Very helpful and cooperative
