Milton Tavern

My son had a cheeseburger with a fried egg and fries. He said it was really good. I had garlic parm wings extra crispy and they were really tasty as well. The wings had just the right amount of flavoring (garlic and butter). The food came out quickly.
Our waitress was attentive and friendly.
Overall, a nice place to go for good food and atmosphere. Well done MT!

We had a great experience here last Friday night. I am always looking for new places to try and had heard good things about this new spot.

When we arrived, the place was busy, but not crowded. Parking out front was full, but we managed to find a spot out back. It is a good-sized space with regular and high top tables, plus plenty of seats at the bar. We were told to seat ourselves and quickly found a table.

Service was friendly and prompt. Water was brought over and an appetizer order put in within just a few minutes. We asked a couple of questions and settled on a few items to try.

The homemade fried mozzarella was delicious. 4 good-sized crispy and gooey pieces, perfect to share. And both the marinara and Melba sauces were very good too.

The rest of our food took a bit, as we ordered pizza (knowing that most of it was coming home for lunch the next day). In order of yumminess, we had:
Boneless wings, medium - When I ordered them, I thought $15 for 10? That's prices these days. But when they arrived, oh my goodness! Do you see this plate full of crispy chicken? Crispy, lightly sauced, large pieces of really good quality chicken. And the blue cheese was some of the best we have had (my husband is super picky about blue cheese and loved it).
Philly Steak - Real steak with mushrooms/onions/peppers and cheese on a nice crusty roll. I chose mozzarella, might go for pepper Jack next time for more kick. It was really good, my only feedback might be to add some seasoning to the steak for more flavor.
Big Mac Pizza - Honestly tied with the Phillly. Crust was perfection. Amount of beef and onion was good, I would have liked more pickles, but not everyone would agree. My biggest thought here was I would have preferred a traditional cheeseburger pizza with a mustard/ketchup base instead of this version with Russian. I really felt it was missing some zing and the next day I added a mustard/ketchup mix as a spread on top and it was pretty perfect.
Literally the only item I didn't love were the curly fries that came with the Philly. They were definitely beyond over-cooked. But that was really minor when everything else was so amazing.

This place is a must-visit. Friendly service, great food, a nice relaxed bar if you are there for drinks and a game (Bills bar if you are curious), and a pretty chill atmosphere over all. Water was even refilled without having to ask!

Knew as soon as I walked in the door that I was gonna like this place.

There's a really welcoming atmosphere here. Don't be deceived by the tiny parking lot, there's lots of tables inside. The bartender and waitress Michelle were both super friendly.

So many things jumped out on the menu, but I landed on the Tavern Sandwich. Thing had like an inch and a half of roast beef on it! The noob cook only put bacon on half the sandwich. That half was delicious lol. The garlic aioli really ties it all together.

Something about the flavor of the cheese in the French onion soup is really tasty.

Every time I drive by this place, it's always packed. The food lived up to the hype. Try it!

This was my first visit. There are high ceilings so it was a bit loud, but clean and tidy. We had a drink and dinner with family. The waitress was witty and our food was very good. We had a variety of foods, steak, burger, roast beef sandwich, and a chicken -- all def things we'd order again. 😋

We stayed at an air bnb down the road and walked to the restaurant on the way home. We had a great experience. The owner was so nice and charismatic. Drinks, atmosphere, prices were on point. We will definitely stop again when in the Saratoga area.

What a place !!! We came up for the horse 🐎 races and I couldn’t get out of over priced,
over crowded, Saratoga quick enough.. then found Milton’s Tavern 🤩 Fun, reasonable, cool… great service and music !!! Highly
recommend !!!! We had an Airbnb right down the road and will it a yearly tradition.

Was working in Saratoga Springs yesterday and had a craving. Not only did they fulfill my request, it was amazing! Excellent customer service and will definitely be trying more food!

Micha is the man. As an owner he still takes the time to run food, clean tables, cook, and interact with everyone frequenting his establishment.

The staff itself is great. Very friendly, accomedating and do all do their part to make each visit a pleasant on.

The Menu, while simple, is also fitting and uniquely done. The simple but effective homemade chips n dip to the unique approach on fried mottzerella. There isn't any on the menu I seek to avoid.

The venue is clean, welcoming, warm and homie. I feel comfortable everything I visit, a big part of this has to do with the crowd and quality of people that frequent here. It by no means caters to your stereo typical tavern/bar, where you may encounter some obnoxiously rowdy drunks. It's safe, fun, and a great place to hang out on any given day/night.

Stopped in here for the first time tonight, food was excellent and the service was great. Highly recommend the Pub Pretzels & the Green Machine sandwich, especially if you’re vegetarian. We will be back soon for sure!

Had dinner here with my husband. He ordered the Green Machine and I had the Turkey sandwich. Both were absolutely delightful. 10/10 would eat here again!! *chefs kiss* 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Very good place for lunch. Very clean, good atmosphere. Quick food. Reasonable prices. Good buffalo chicken dip.

Tried out the Milton Tavern and absolutely LOVED it! What a huge improvement from what it was, looks like they did an amazing job remodeling it. We tried out the Calamari to start and this was outstanding. My new must have every-time. Our waitress was fun and the owner even stopped by and spent some time with us. Overall, I’m very impressed.

We we're on our last day of Christmas vacation and were looking for a place to eat close to our Airbnb and we decided to take a chance and place a large order of different items on their menu, WOW, everything was delicious. We ordered their fish & chips, amazing. The fish was a generous portion of delicious white and flaky fish and the fries were seasoned to perfection. Our son had a full order of wings with a lemon pepper rub and garlic parm, yummy!!! My husband had and incredibly delicious burger with fries, it was juicy and pretty big, etc. Everyone's order was on point. If your looking for really delicious good food, this is the place to get it. We thought prices were a little high, but when we saw how much food it was and how delicious it tasted, price was worth it. Will recommend this place any time 😋

I just moved to the area and wanted to give this place a go. I propped myself up a the bar to catch the end of the 1:00 NFL games and this place does not disappoint. If you're looking for a great spot to get that sports bar vibe this is it. I had low expectations of the food and went with the Dry Rub Wings and Mozz Sticks with Melba Sauce. I am a BIG wing guy and I have to say they were cooked perfect. Crispy outside and juicy inside. I could have used a little more of the Cajun Rub, but I could see that being overwhelming. I will be back in on Sunday's for some grub and football. Staff was nice and clearly know a lot of the locals/regulars. Hopefully I can make myself one of them soon enough!

One of the best Reubens I have ever had. The flavor was amazing, bread was crispy and not soggy. First time giving a review sitting in a restaurant.
It was busy but they told us it would be a minute til they took our order. It was 15 minutes. Not bad for being packed.

Out of all the restaurants in the area, this is definitely the best one. The food was amazing. I’d recommend the chicken sandwich which was huge and the tater tots were also delicious. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is a big step up from what the former place was. Everything is great and affordable.

Nice atmosphere, great service and friendly staff. The food was excellent, and prices are very reasonable. We've been there twice this past week, and will be regular customers for sure!
