Our home building experience with SAB Homes could not have been any better. From start to finish they were professional, detailed oriented, and just great to work with. Their craftsmanship was impeccable. Their entire team went above and beyond to make the experience great for us and to build our dream home. We can’t say enough great things about them. AAAAA+++++

So, let me tell you about SAB Homes.

Seriously, it’s as if Bob Vila and MacGyver had a baby, and that baby grew up to be a home builder. Quality workmanship and years of experience (Bob) and able to turn a piece of wood and everything else into an unbelievable work of art (MacGyver). Ok, they didn’t turn a paper clip into a catalytic converter but still.

The craftsmanship? Chef’s kiss! That crown molding, the built-in bookcases, the wainscoting, the cabinetry..omgggg!

It’s like living inside a Pinterest board, except it’s even better because we get to live in this beauty in less than a week.

And let’s talk about how much fun we had. Building a house can be stressful, right? WRONG. Not with SAB. They kept the good vibe rolling and somehow made the entire process feel like we were on a reality show—except without the drama. Just the good parts.

If you’re looking for a home builder who’s got mad skills, a creative imagination, and the kind of personality that makes you wish they’d stay for dinner, (or cocktails) then congratulations—you’ve found them! Our new home is incredible, and we still can’t believe how much fun we had getting here. Highly, highly recommend! I can’t give shout outs because every. single. person. was amazing.

From the business office with Raelynn Barnhart and her team, to the construction superintendent Scott Koch (who was onsite every day during the build), to the warranty coordinator Sarah Hawkins, these people know what they are doing!

As a realtor, I found SAB homes extremely easy to work with, and the quality and detail of the construction, was superior. I worked mostly with Raelynn, Kelsey, and Zach, and they were great, took the time to explain everything, and were also very accommodating to my out-of-town Buyer's schedules. Their warranty division was the best that I have worked with regarding their presentation to the Buyers, the walk-throughs, and their follow-through. SAB Homes provided an incredible experience for my buyers. I just love SAB Homes! Their quality is second to none! After touring many local homes during the “Parade of Homes”, their craftsmanship stood out. I was discovering all the homes I loved the most were built by SAB. I’m pretty particular and knew what I wanted. From the first hello to the final walk through, their communication was clear, staff was exceptional to work with, and they always let me know my options. There’s nothing like thinking “shoot, I wish I would have known XYZ”. Their project management style, contracts, and superintendent assigned to each build laid out timelines, deadlines, and goals so everything was crystal clear. As for the integrity of the house, I followed the built closely and ANY questions I had, they were sure to address clearly and quickly. And every time, they were actually going above and beyond, not making shortcuts like other builders. The weekly updates with photos where the highlight of each passing week.
I’ve been in the home for just over three months. Not one issue. Believe me, I’ve tried to find fault but I just can’t. Several of my new neighbor’s homes were also built by SAB and not a single one have had anything but glowing reviews for them! I couldn’t love my home more and will forever recommend SAB Homes!
