We own a small business and use Pixelated Tech for all of our IT needs. They have provided wiring to our computers including new switches in our IT closet, a state-of-the-art WIFI network, hardware firewall and better than corporate level IT support. They undertook the major project of porting all of our e-mail and file systems from Google to Outlook and the project was done on time with no errors. Pixelated Tech also hosts our website and their hosting service is hundreds of times faster than our old host. Our website is much more responsive and loads nearly instantly. Working with Micheal and his team is always pleasant and they are extremely responsive when we have an issue. I can't recommend them highly enough. If Google had a 6-star rating, I would use it.

I would and have recommended Pixelated Tech for all of your computer needs. Customer service is fantastic; Michael and his team always respond quickly and are knowledgeable and professional. He went beyond what I would have expected to transfer my data and get my new computer up and running after my kitten spilled coffee into the keyboard of my old computer. Pixelated Tech revamped our entire Wi-Fi system and created a mesh network which has been exactly what our business needed. The representative priced the job fairly or below the competition. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and do the tough work of running cables while also having the expertise/knowledge of fine-tuning the system for our specific campus and needs. It was refreshing to work with a good person as well! 10/10 would recommend for any networking/IT need from small to overhaul!

I cannot say enough positive things about Pixelated Tech. When my system crashed they saved it. When I thought my data was lost forever they found it and calmly walked me off the ledge. I am so relieved to have found them. Now my work is backed up nightly and they always take my call. They listen and answer my questions. They even do the 'specific to my business' research to solve my tech issues, which is quite amazing really.
