Best service EVER! When the RV broke down and had issues with the tire, we needed somewhere to repair it and fast. The hotel was already confirmed for the night, and we had plans for a road trip through Death Valley. We were surprised to see that the staff went out of their way to work around the already full shop and make a speedy repair, even though there were complications. The weight & size of the RV meant that it had to be manually jacked up by hand, and we had worries that it would need an extremely specialized part. They had it!! This spot is a go to if you need any repairs, and even though we live across the country and were just passing through, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs the services. Special shout out to James, he was spectacular!

Long time customer and always satisfied. I always get to work with James and he always goes above and beyond. So friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. James knows my car pretty well now and we had a bead leaking, so James fixed it free of charge. This guy is amazing. He also went above and beyond and made sure my other tires were up to the right pressure. Exceptional above and beyond serve from James every time.

Daniel at the front is also great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist me with everything I need. Great guy, trustworthy, and always does what he can to make sure the customer is satisfied and always getting the best prices.

Love this place and will continue to come back for all my tire needs. Also will be back for my oil changes now that I know they do that as well with some of the lowest best prices. Great job guys. Thank you.

Had a nail in my tire. Asked how much it would be to fix it. They said no cost, flats are repaired for FREE. It was a little busy, but they got me in and out of there in about 45 minutes. Great service, I’ll be back.

Caught a screw in my right rear tire while on vacation. Made a 1:00 PM appointment online to have the tire patched. Came in on time. Friendly, quick, and courteous service. In and out in under 30 minutes including a free tire rotation. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service in Arroyo Grande. Friendly, dependable, and honest customer service.

Stopped for an oil change on a road trip north, Jiffy Lube next door was jammed so we asked if they did oil changes here and they do. For $50 less or so. No upselling, not even when they showed is our tire wear. Friendly, courteous, very quick and with integrity.

I love this place! Come on in and see David. Really good and honest guy! I came in and put some new wheels and tires and gave me the best price. I stopped by the repair shop that was a little closer to me first. I asked for an estimate for my battery replacement. What they told me seemed high. What I did was went to American tire Depot and their estimate was much less! I really appreciate that they got me in right away and for less money than the other shop.

These guys were super helpful when I had a damaged tire on a busy Saturday afternoon and needed to leave Sunday on a 1500 mile trip. Super friendly and worked my car in so I could get back on the road. Top notch!

I go here because David is a good sales person and very accommodating to his customers. Plus being female they don't try to sale me or charge me for things I don't need. I know cars so I go over the basics that need to be done. I also know what else is wrong or what I can push. They do not try to go over that . I would recommend them to people hands down.

Had a tire going flat. They took me right in and fixed the tire at no charge. That never seems to happen these days. Great friendly knowledgeable crew of guys. You can’t do better! I highly recommend them.

This American Tire Depot is amazing!! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They are also extremely competitive on their pricing for services. I have now gone here a few times, and am getting all Of my vehicles, oil, changes, and tires and other work done here. I will be a lifelong customer.

We buy tires for all 3 of our vehicles at ATD in Arroyo Grande. They are quick, communicate perfectly, and take care of us 100%. Just had a tire leak, and they repaired our chrome wheel problem for us at no charge. Couldn’t be happier.

I picked up a nail in my tire and walked into the shop to have it patched. I was given an appointment time about an 1.5 hours out. I told them I would wait and about 45 mins later they got my attention and informed me they were able to take care of me sooner and the tire was all patched! They also performed the service as a courtesy; without cost! Overall, a great experience!!
