Urbanovsky City Park

A recreation center of texas tech university where You can play almost all outdoor games like Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball etc. and some other games. I don’t know all the name of the games. Its best place for jogging, walking even passing time with your friends. If you want to arrange some programs like get together, festival , you can go for it.

one of my favorite places to walk and reflect. Beautifully maintained, gorgeous pond with birds and squirrels around it. Peaceful and gorgeous!

Love it in the evening. They have TTU pool and reccenter. Refreshing place for students

Urbanovsky is a great place for personal fitness and fun with friends. Great open fields for football, ultimate, and soccer (although the soccer goals are pretty small).

It's also great for events and get togethers.

If you come for running I would recommend coming early in the morning, before 11 at least or later in the evening. It can get pretty toasty around noon.

Quite possibly the most peaceful part of the uniquely beautiful Texas Tech campus!

Very clean park, not too crowded, well kept areas to play in, decent size walkway to walk your dogs to. The whole vibe was just right honestly. Played at the Volleyball courts and it was great. Definitely will recommend as one of the to go to hang out spots.

It's a big park great for dog-walking with poop bags available. There's a small fountain lake near one of the entrances where you can sometimes find ducks. Events can be held here like club organizations and temporary vaccine clinics. There's also a volleyball field and a nearby Rec Center for exercising.

Great parked located on TT campus. Played the 9 hole disc golf course here and really enjoyed it. They had sand volleyball, basketball, soccer fields, picnicking area, and paved walking trail. All you could ask for in a park!

Nice place to hang around and play games like soccer, basket ball, volley ball, tennis etc. There are three jogging/walking tracks of different distances. Leisure pool and the rec center are closeby. Overall, a nice place to spend the evenings.

This is a very nice park. It is open, well maintained, and has a bunch of areas to play volleyball. There are a few basketball courts, tennis courts, there is a frisbee golf course as well as a sidewalk that wraps around the entire park.

Next to the Student Recreation Center and Student Leisure Pool. It has a small disk golf course, basketball courts, even fields for soccer and volleyball as well. Covered picnic areas, and is a great place to get some fresh air & enjoy the great outdoors.

A nice little park on campus. Great for hammocking. There is also a jogging trail that goes around the park. A Frisbee golf course is also on the grounds. Finally there are courts for tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball.

The good thing about the park is that police is always around so it is safe to workout there during the night.

Very beautiful and wonderful park they have on campus for Texas tech University walking or running track that goes completely around it they have a disc golf course there that plays between it and it is just an amazing park

Fantastic place to walk, play disc golf, or join a casual game of ultimate frisbee.

Everything is well maintained by TTU and unlike most of Lubbock, it is a (mostly) green space.

Great park for walking, running, playing sports, or simply enjoying the outdoors. The park has been updated with several rest areas. I use this park for walking breaks.

This is a great park for Texas Tech students to go to be outside. There are lots of benches so if you feel like doing homework outside go here.

Had lots of fun, an amazing place to play and so much greenery. Better to visit after 7
