Amazing!! The food here is exceptional!! It's no surprise they have been there as long as they have. The waitstaff are very attentive and polite, but fun and down to earth as well. Definitely a 5 Star recommendation for dates or any occasion.

Went for our anniversary, great place, great service and the views from the inside are beautiful! You can see all of Denver downtown to Aurora's old Air Force base. A truly great experience. Not to mention, the food is Devine. I love the creamed spinach 😋, any cut of meat is large. It is such a beautiful place to visit for a special occasion or anytime!

We were on a trip with some friends and got hungry so after trying to decide where to go, one of our friends picked this place because they wanted steak. We had no idea it was a really fancy restaurant when we showed up but we loved it. They have free valet parking and the atmosphere was breathtaking. The employees were very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and every bite just melted into your mouth no matter what type of food it was. We have all agreed that next time we visit Colorado we will definitely be eating here again.

meal was great start to finish! I really appreciated that they have an entire mocktails menu. my bison filet was cooked perfectly medium rare, my date enjoyed the prime rib. we ordered the mushrooms but found that the wine flavor was too strong for our taste, Stephanie, our server, had them taken off the bill without us having to ask.
desserts by the in house pastry chef as the city lights came on outside the window was a perfect ending to our meal. the dessert portions were generous, and (if we could have picked just one!!) the desserts would easily be big enough to share. kudos to Stephanie for service that was perfectlt attentive without ever being intrusive, and mwking sure our whole meal was perfect. we will be back.

It was a snowy Friday night so it was not very busy. Our waiter was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The bison steak was cooked to perfection and so delicious! Definitely pricey but delicious. Would not recommend bringing small childern. Ruins the atmosphere a bit for adults trying to enjoy an evening out, and not really a kid type restaurant.

Nicole was our server. She is incredible! With a wonderful balance of buoyant energy and reserve when appropriate, she made suggestions and checked in with us enough to feel cared for but not disturbed during our meal. Her suggestion of the crab cake appetizer was spot on. The best we'd ever had! Mom and I had the surf and turf special chef special which was spectacular. Dad enjoyed the wagu steak and was pleased with the results. Truly a wonderful experience!

We celebrated our anniversary at Simms 10 years after having our rehearsal dinner there for our wedding. Our server was fantastic and the food was perfect. We love celebrating with Simms and highly recommend it!

This is a 5 star restaurant. Exquisite meat selection done to perfection ($45-$75). Many wine choices. Unobstructed view of Denver and Eastern planes. Well done! It's worth every penny.

The food and wine were very high quality. If you're looking for the perfect steak, seafood, and wine to pair, this is the place. But the best part of the meal was our waiter, Edward. He should be commended on his professionalism and wits. He is top class.

Absolutely breathtaking panoramic views from any table, reservations encouraged but very flexible, I have never had a meal where EVERY single item was perfect but they made it happen and then some for my birthday dinner. NY strip cooked perfect and I’m Nebraskan so I know steaks, GF had Salmon it was delicious too! Super polite and informative server. I’ve been in Denver for 4 years and I always pass this place on the 6th ave express. So finally for my 2 year anniversary the hubby and I decided to go for happy hour and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the pear whiskey martini hubby went with a classic mojito absolutely amazing 🤩 then we ordered the calamari,Mac and cheese, the mussels and Kobe beef sliders to fill the tummy up. Everything was packed with flavor from the drinks to the food.

Had a business diner and it was amazing we had a perfect view of downtown, the service was stellar and the food was perfect. I called in advance because I am a vegetarian and wanted to know if y’all would have something I could eat enjoy. After asking exactly what kind of vegetarian I was (trust me it’s a thing) I was informed that the chef would prepare a special dish just for me. After we had appetizers and several perfect old fashions and a lot of good conversation we finally got around to ordering dinner. The server informed me that the chef had prepared 2 options for me 😁 I got to choose between a rostered mushroom and winter vegetable pasta with a cream sauce or an asian inspired stet fry. I picked the pasta and it was FANTASTIC I counted 5 different types of mushrooms in the sauce. It was one of the best pasta dishes I have EVER HAD!!! My dining companion had already chosen a stake but thought the stir fry sounded so good he changed his order!

Wonderful location to celebrate a wedding anniversary! We had such a blast and I’m convinced they gave us the best seat/view in the whole restaurant. Thank you for the great experience, we will definitely be back soon.

I went here for the first time recently and had a wonderful dining experience. My parents came to visit from Japan and wanted to eat great American steaks so I decided to book a table at Simms -- in my online reservation I happened to note that my parents were visiting from Japan - and lo and behold, the waiter assigned to us, Edward -- happened to speak Japanese, much to our surprise, and really provided exceptional service in both English and Japanese and made excellent recommendations. My family was really floored with the whole experience and are already talking about wanting to come back again the next time they visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality, wonderful food, and for truly going the extra mile to making our evening so memorable. We were also pleasantly surprised they had a kids menu for my son as this wasn't listed on their website - great experience all around!

Brandon was our server tonight and he did an amazing job taking care of us! Best experience we have had here. Food is always great but the service was even better!

Our waitress was amazing. The place is cozy with 2 fire places that I could see and has an amazing view. The food was delicious & the drinks were to die for! I felt right at home #GeogiaPeach

My family had taken me and my husband to Simms Steakhouse 2 yrs ago for my birthday and it was very good, so a friend and I tried their Sunday brunch for the 1st time, and it was amazing.
Our reservation was when brunch began, which I recommend, it does get pretty busy later on. The waiter Lars was very attentive to us and very pleasant; example he saw I had crab legs and automatically brought the accoutrements along with the utensils for them without ask. Everything tasted very good and visually appealing. A definite repeat place.

Another lucky and wonderful find. We were dropping out of the mountains and just had that hankering for a good steak. After decades of corporate dinners at notable steakhouses across the country, Simms Steakhouse immediately earned my attention. Our steaks were excellent cuts, seared, and cooked to perfect temperature. The view over Denver is stunning, the ambiance and decor a balance of traditional and modern steakhouse. Simms seems ideal for a serious business dinner, a romantic night out, and the balcony perfect for a fun lunch or dinner with friends or family. The next drive out of the mountains is going to include dinner at Simms Steakhouse.

We came here on our last day visiting Denver for a bachelor party. Food was excellent, the views were great of downtown Denver, and Devin our server was on top of it. Thank you for the great experience!
