Life Savers. We came thru the drive right as the tornado sirens came on. They told us to come in if we didn't have a place to go. Great staff at this location. Billy and her team did a awesome job. Thanks for keeping is safe and making great drinks.

Went through drive through. They moved pretty fast and was extremely pleasant. The batista seen the bees at the window and made sure to advise me to keep my window up till my order was ready. Keep up the great customer service

one either loves or hates their coffee. I stopped in to do a conference call. The internet was adequate, the seating area sparsely populated, and the music at an acceptable level that my online meeting members didn't complain about it.

This new store is gorgeous! The landscaping is beautiful, the interior is decked out in light wood, warm leather, lovely terrazzo tile floors and subway tile walls, and it's all immaculately clean. The staff and coffee were outstanding as well!

Beautiful location and great staff. I messed up my order (unknowingly) and one of the workers noticed the confusion on my face when I grabbed my coffee. I wasn’t going to say anything but she offered to remake it for me and was very happy to do so. Customer service like that makes you want to keep returning.

By far my favorite Starbucks in Springfield, feel like they are always fairly quick, really friendly staff that seem happy and excited every time I go (very appreciated.) even if I'm on the other side of town I'll still make the trip to go to this one. Always get my order right, and always make the tastiest drinks.

This new location has excellent service, superb WiFi, and expertly brewed coffee to complement an open atmosphere with plenty of space to do whatever you please: work, study, game.

Friendly and fast service. Best of all they are not randomly closed like the one on West side. Clean and great easy in and out location unlike Monroe lol.

It was a great place to sit down and visit with the whole family. My daughter's love it too. Their Carmel Fraps are better than McDonald's.

This location was easy to get to. The drive thru line went very fast. It is obvious that the employees are well trained and efficient.
