Casey was awesome, and took the time to help us every step of the way while changing services. We will absolutely be loyal customers to this location from now, and long into the future.

Great customer service. Both Avery, and Bryan made us feel welcome from the time we came in. They are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. This is the best Verizon store. Both my fiancé and I got new iPhones and Casey was super helpful and patient with us. They answered all question we had and helped us save a bunch of money! I definitely recommend coming here and if you do make sure to ask for Casey!

Ronald at Harrington Verizon was so great at making me laugh an feel comfortable. He helped make sure I got everything I needed for my new phone case an screen protector and all to help protect my phone at work. Great staff

I had a problem with my phone bill and issues regarding my account, but within a few minutes it was resolved without an issue. Ron worked quickly to help fix my bill and got my account fixed within a timely manor. I couldn’t recommend a better guy to go to at this Verizon store than Ron. Great customer service. I will continue to use this store as my main Verizon store.

Leetta helped me this evening with upgrading my device .. she went above and beyond and stayed calm even with 2 different phones going to 2 different customer service places trying to help figure out what the issue was. she definitely is a Rockstar and I recommend looking her up to make sure she's working. will never go anywhere else or work with another representative ever again. I can not express the gratitude I have for her patience and willingness to go above and beyond for over an hour... not once ready to give up!!!

I walked into the store thinking about upgrading. John Neel is wonderful. He took the time to explain the billing process as I came off my sisters plan. He explained the new phone options and transferred my line from my sisters plan as well as my contact info. His assistance with accessories was very valuable. He is very knowledgeable.
