As of my last visit, the people here seem to care and they put in the effort. The lobby isn't always clean, and the food isn't super consistent, but it's taco bell...

I give it 5 stars despite the criticism because it's a reliable quick fix for when the time calls. And I appreciate that.

Very clean establishment, including the rest rooms. Staff are friendly and responsive. They set the standard with customer service. Great experience all around.

Went through the drive thru but the staff was great as well as the food. They also give a military discount which was great.

This location is very nice. People are always very friendly, and the food is always fresh. There is a location closer to us in Camden, we will drive right past it and go out of our way to go to this location.

The young man who works in the morning has a really good attitude and is super friendly. The breakfast burritos were all fresh and yummy!
However, it's so cold inside!!!! Lol

The Harrington Taco Bell is hands down the best location around! Live closer to Camden and Dover but will make the drive to Harrington because the food is 100x better and the staff is so friendly! Last time I went, I went through the drive through and I dropped my card out my window and I was backing up to get out and get it and the gentleman at the window, climbed out of the window and it got it. They'd never do that at the Camden Location!! Order is always correct

Very nice staff. Employees are always smiling and polite. They make eye contact and aren't afraid to joke back with the customers. Managers are also awesome. Food hot, correct and delicious. The place is always clean. This Taco Bell is #1 in my book compared to all the others we've been too in Delaware. Even compared to the KFC/Taco Bells. Whatever you're doing keep it up!!!

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a while. Easily the best in Kent County! Every time I order they are quick and the food is warm and fresh! Have not had a bad experience!

Food here is fresh and excellent. I have been to a number of taco bells/ KFC in the areas surrounding Delaware and have come to notice that the stand alone taco bells are really good. The locations with hybrids stores are always low in supply and don't have certain items on the menu. I highly recommend eating in this location.

Food was very good! Very nice lady behind the counter. I ordered then went to the restroom, she watched over my order while it was waiting for me when I got out of the restroom.

The 6PM shift on 6/7/21 was courteous and friendly. All the food was perfect and delicious. I will definitely get the $5 Nacho box again. Thank you to the crew!

Just Opened on Feb 15, 2019, Real clean, easy entrance from north or southbound of Rt 13 in Harrington DE. This Taco Bell also has a drive thru. It seems that they have a very nice crew working here. Easy in and out. Buy the way, you can also get breakfast here

We had a great experience! I was missing my taco from my man and they were so understaffed! They immediately gave me my taco and also gave us cinnamon twists! Very patient and kind!

Tacos were good. And they weren't skimpy with the food. Tacos were full. Service was good. The help were friendly and the place was clean!! Give them a try.

One of if not the best taco bells I've ever been to in Delaware. Very clean, friendly, and the customizable options are so worth it every single time. I'm always happy at this taco bell.

I love their "no touch" service - right down to handling the card transaction and handing back the receipt. Much better process than other fast food places I've seen during the pandemic.

Almost always a great experience. They gave me refried beans instead of the black beans I subbed on my crunchwrap supreme and forgot the nacho cheese, but all in all still great.. above average taco bell here.

Not sure what people are talking about with the bad reviews, either they are going to much or they've never been to the other tacobell/KFC in Delaware.

This is the best tacobell I've been to in Delaware, they actually make everything like they are suppose to instead of cheaping out and barely adding meat and or sauces. I've gone once a week since they've opened and everytime has met my expectations and I haven't had a single problem, however I go around lunch when it's a different manager then dinner time.

But so far this is the only tacobell I go to now, because they actually have flavor and even tho they are a little more expensive because they are independent and not with KFC, it seems to be worth it to me.
