Mavis Tires & Brakes

I'm an ER RN at the 100 hospital, and I popped a tire on the way home from a 12 hour shift. I had my car towed to Mavis after hours. I called, told them about my urgency as I worked the next day and needed to have it all sorted out before my next shift, and they took care of me first thing in the morning. Great customer service, fast and affordable! I really appreciate it guys ! <3

Very Thankful to these guys! They took my truck right away as I had an emergency. . Explained in detail the problem. Fixed the issue quickly. Nice, professional, caring. Shop Manager runs this place pretty good.

I went in for tire rotation and oil. They let me know my lug nut was jammed on and took me outside to explain the process to get it off and show me what was going on with it. They got it off and had to order a new one. The part was there in like 20 minutes, I was out of there do quick and they applied a $20 discount which was so nice of them. I have always liked it here since our first trip in. Very nice and very honest people working there.

I can not say enough good things about the experience at Mavis with Kriss and Pat! I was in and out and on time! Huge bonus. The shop was clean and the lobby inviting. The lady at the front was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mavis for all your tire and oil change needs. I will be back!!

I just bought a car, and I brought it in to be checked out. I spoke to Kevin, and he suggested to put it on the scanner. and he told me everything that needed to be done to the car. he was very helpful and professional. I was very pleased with my service, and I would return there again. I'm definitely referring anyone I know there!

amazing service, helped me right away and in a pinch when i lost the lock to my tires! great pricing, kind staff and very quick. the manager Peter is exceptional at taking care of customers and a very kind and pleasant person to deal with in general. definitely will be returning for anything else i need as i find it hard to find a car repair shop with the level of service this one has. highly reccomend!

I have had the best service here would recommend them to everyone. Kevin especially he takes the time to explain everything and will make sure you get the best prices. The work is A+ . If you need tires or any work to be done at a fair price and have it done right this is the place to be.

Brought my car here for a simple tire rotation that another facility told me I didn't need a tire rotation when I did, I needed new lug nuts to do and i didn't, and that I would be charged a special service fee given that I had special made lug nuts. Mavis at Flagler beach shut that down with the quickness and got the tire rotation done in a matter of minutes! They also educated me on what to do to ensure safety in the future regarding my tires! I live 30 minutes away but they have now gained a new customer that will drive 30 minutes because of how they went the extra mile and saved me money I didn't need to spend! Thanks Mavis....You guys rock!!

We had a tire emergency on I-95 driving from New Jersey to Palm Beach. We called and Kevin said to come right in. He and the staff helped us immediately and got us back on the road in an hour! All the employees were super helpful and polite- we were so grateful for an excellent experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Kevin and his team were amazing. We were traveling and needed help. They jumped right in cannot us back on the road. They even recommended a diner behind them that had the best breakfast while I waited.

I stopped in 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday with a tire issue and they were happy to help me and offered to look at my tires and fixed the problem after they had closed. I'm so glad Mavis opened in Flagler Beach! Their team here is fantastic and performed fast work to not only seal a hole in my tire caused by a screw, but they also changed my brakes same day by fitting me in their schedule. I just recommended my mother and friends to go to them too because of the GOOD work they do.

Frank runs a great shop! Natalie is the front desk person & sets up appts. They were very helpful in helping me select a set of tires at a fair price. After my new tires, there was a shaking in the steering wheel. I thought maybe something was loose. The next day I drove back & asked Natalie if Frank could look at my wheels & make sure nothing was loose. They quickly fit me in and Frank came to tell me that we needed to take my car back to the place where we had just had some work done ,& tell them to look at the right axle. We did, and it turned out to be a defective part that the different repair shop had installed a week earlier. A BIG THANK YOU TO FRANK & NATALIE for taking the time to alert us. I'm happy to say the other shop ordered & installed another new part and now my car is driving fine with my new tires from Mavis Tire. I recommend Mavis Tires. When I need brakes I will be returning to your shop!

MANAGER PETE SAVED THE DAY....I had a bad experience with an affiliated Tire Kingdom (Now owned by Mavis) in Ormond Beach. I told Pete about it and he insisted that he would make it right...no matter what. On the appointed day I brought my car in and it was taken right in. Problems caused by the other store were pretty bad...broken lug, and one wheel with no lug at all. Car vibrated anywhere over 60 mph. Because the problems were deep, Pete replaced all of the above and replaced my Honda wheel bearings...just to make it right. The car has no shimmy or shake now. Pete's personal touch has made me a new customer of this Mavis shop.

Had the best damn experience ever here at mavis came in for some help with my battery cables and the manager helped me right away and took care of me :) always going to come here for work on my car :) thank you so much mavis! Best shop in town!
