First time at this location on Mack. Long line for the drive thru but the line went quick! Pleasant staff and my order was correct!
My new fav is the matcha tea with lavender cream! So good! To the point I added the app to my phone to earn rewards. It’s refreshing now but will be that much more so when it’s warmer out! Yum!!

I place a mobile order a few times a week. I have been coming here since 2019. I always order the same thing. My food and coffee are always fine. I've only had a few minor issues and they were always resolved immediately. The staff is always friendly. It's always clean inside.

Waited in drive thru line 20 minutes at 5:25 am with only 1 car in front of me AND was not only given the wrong drink but the wrong size! Ridiculous!

Solid Starbucks that is pretty quick with the drinks. The drive thru line moves fast. I typically order ahead in the app and my drink is almost always ready within 4-5 minutes of placing the mobile order.

Inside you always get fast service the people that work behind the counter are very friendly I just don't like the drive-thru it seem like it take all day.

My favorite comfort drink from Starbucks is the double chocolate chip frappe, with extra chocolate. Whenever I want this drink, I can always count on Starbucks on Mack Ave to make it right for me every time. Every time I visit their drive-thru, I've been greeted by a friendly voice, & when i reach the window, I meet a friendly, smiling barista. I've never had any problems at this location.

Definitely my go to place for coffee!! The staff all always very friendly!!

Kept me going through the lockdowns. They get really busy and the staff do their best, especially with all the rude and entitled GP customers they have to deal with. I appreciate them. I'd hope folks would be a bit more patient with the staff. Everyone is going through product and employee shortages, and it is not the employees fault.

Great atmosphere for brainstorming & collecting your thoughts. The setting aesthetic were meticulous. Excellent connection with wifi. All the Baristas & staff were very helpful with drinks/sandwich recommendations.

The staff here is very nice, and quick. The place was clean, and even though it was snowing, the floor was not wet or dirty. I've been getting matcha lattes a lot lately, and theirs tasted exactly as it should. Even on Christmas Eve, the staff was super friendly. Oh, and this particular Starbucks has a drive though, which is a big bonus. It's so cold outside!!

Bad storms had power out in most of the neighborhood so I had to go find coffee! Starbucks had power and was open. The drive thru was 30 cars deep but they handled it efficiently and even got my complicated order correct! Great job Starbucks!!

I typically buy to go boxes for work related meetings. They are professional and very thorough. Extremely busy in the morning so call in your order if possible. They are honest about their wait times and are as accommodatin as possible.

Top notch place. The service here is outstanding. I have been here numerous times and never had a problem. Fast fresh and hot coffee this time and Everytime. Great staff and the rest rooms were clean as well.

This is the friendliest coffee shop in the area-- customers and employees alike. I go here regularly to study and it's the best location around. If it gets crowded, most people won't be shy about sharing a table either.

I've honestly never been a big fan of a Starbucks before, but the peope at this location have won me over. The team of baristas here are especially attentive and always make me feel welcome even when they are busy. Their positive attitudes are obviously contageous because the customers here are friendly too and I've had some great conversations and met some good people. It truly feels more like my favorite local coffeehouse back home than I ever thought a Starbucks could. The vibe here is right! They don't try to correct me when I ask for a medium, which is refreshing for those who'd rather skip the made-up lingo and order in plain english.

I've got to give an extra shout out to Aaron who has remembered my name and my usual order since my 2nd visit and makes a top notch pour over every time!

Bottom Line: If you're looking for a coffee shop in this part of town that will quickly feel like home, this Starbucks location really can't be beat.

For the first time a few days ago I went into a Starbucks and the girl was very helpful told me a lot about different drinks and I had a sandwich feta and spinach it was delicious

This Starbucks is clean and neat,good service, and two very clean and neat restrooms !! Will go back again !!

Friendly staff but seating on the inside is limited understable because of the rules for the covid-19. They're very busy in the drive thru, but the line goes fast!
