Complained several times about water entering and dampness. I check on my stuff periodically and there was rat and bird poop on my items. I was advised to set mouse traps? One day i drive out there to get some stuff, someone plowed the snow and let it sit there at my storage unit foor until it froze. I couldn't even get in.
Management at least gave me a rent free month. But at that point,when the ice melted , water began to seep in. ALL my furniture was covered in mold. The unit was not well insulated at all to protect from dampness.
