Runza Restaurant

I order from here quite frequently a special request of 2 double cheeseburgers with no bun; no toppings or toppings on the side for my child’s love of being able to incorporate delicious Runza burgers into the low carb diabetes food plan we have in place for health and well-being. These employees never complain and are friendly and all is always accurate. I work in a restaurant and appreciate the customer service as I know it’s a pain to have special requests and to have to special-make the burgers and portion all the toppings in ramekins on the side. I’ve never felt like a bother and just wanted you to know my requests are for a specific need and dietary restriction. I quit the Runza down the street just because of the service and friendliness at your location. Thank you so much. It brings joy to us to have this location close by and to be able to have dietary needs/accommodations respected.

We placed a mobile order, and it was ready right in time when we arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and while they forgot to put in a French onion dip, they made it right as soon as I asked. The tables were spotless and everything was clean and new-looking. The USB charger outlets at each table are a great idea, too!

I always have to get a Runza when visiting!!! One of my go to. Besides who else can perfect yummy goodness???

Love the attention to detail. Got lunch and ordered a plain cheeseburger for my wife, no veggies or anything. They gave me exactly what I ordered. A plain cheeseburger. It made me laugh out loud. I should have asked for a bun but that was my miscommunication. I appreciate the attention to detail. As always, the food is great!

Great location! Prices are right on point also.... would much rather eat at Runza than Culver's or Freddy's 😁 their prices are expensive!!

Literally just finished my runza and have to thank the staff for the warm and fresh food. The frings were well seasoned and smelled amazing during the drive home. I don't normally seek out fast food but the trip today was definitely a quality meal.

The only Runza I have been to and its very good. The food is never burnt, staff is extremely polite and helpful. The small size of this restaurant is no problem at all.

I only ate the double cheeseburger without the bun. It was excellent. Wife got a single cheeseburger with a side salad. Little disappointed in salad. Just lettuce and a little amount of tomato's. The cheeseburger s tasted great. Clean place and they were fast.

This is best Runza I've been to in my 20 some years of living in Nebraska. Fast service even when they're busy, customer service has always been fantastic, and they will give a pup cup of vanilla ice cream to my dog when we come through the drive thru. We come at least once a week to eat our pup cup and cheese runza together. Thank you for helping provide a special memory for me and him.

When I tell you our food was hot, I mean like so hot I couldn't hold my runza. Every bite I took was hot even up until my last bite! Plus they brought back the onion ring dip so I'm very happy about that. I've never had a wrong order & it's always fast. This is by far the best location!

Excellent! Fries were absolutely perfect and piping hot. And, surprise, the chicken strips are among the best I have ever tasted! Store was very clean, workers were very pleasant, and service was fast. This store tops all the Runza's I have been in. Great experience!

Very nice Runza! Employees were super helpful and friendly. Food was yummy and the place was sparkling clean. We stayed for quite a long time just chatting and one gal working there offered us free ice cream! Going to be coming back real soon! I had the berry salad with fried chicken. The freshest salad I've had in a long time at some of the fancier eateries. Highly recommend this Runza!

This is where I go to buy my mom food. My mother lives at the Life Care Center of Elkhorn. But she doesn’t like the food there so I often times head to Runza to buy food for my mom.

The Runza in Elkhorn is always on point. I just wanted to share kudos. I have never had them miss anything, they always include dipping sauce like ranch, and never forget anything. They are always fast and the food is delicious. Nice work, Runza!

We are SO pleased with the customer care at this location! They went above & beyond. We took advantage of Runza's 6 frozen Runza's special. We left 4 on the steps of a niece & nephew who loves Runza's and is social distancing due to a 6 month old baby. I called the Runza for baking instructions. Was directed to your website. Then they unexpectedly sent me a text to the number I called from " to make it easier than finding on the website". So appreciated!!

I usually don’t post a review for fast food restaurants but I had to reach out because I’ve noticed every single time I’ve been here every employee is busy working hard, but is so very nice. Everyone seems to be in such a good mood no matter the time of day
