First Canada Inn Hotel Cornwall Hwy 401 ON

I had a great stay at First canada Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops, it's perfect for travelers. Highly recommend!

We rented the jacuzzi room and while it looked clean and was comfortable, it did smell like cigarette smoke. The staff seemed friendly and professional. It was a great deal overall.

So close to literally everything you need in cornwall!!! The mall, food, dispensaries, I didn't have to pay a deposit and the room is clean with a heater! The room itself is big and comfortable like a mini apartment! I've paid more for less in hotels, I highly reccomend here if you're traveling!!

The room got a real kitchen with sink and stove, at least I saw in my unit 123, but I did not have time to use it.
It is worth the money to spend at First Canada Inn, and the owner is very friendly.

We ended up at OYO after getting stuck in the snow on a road trip from the U.S. Everyone was nice, the rooms were warm, and they were very accommodating. Our car was still stuck 5 hours after check out time & they allowed us to stay in the room for a few extra hours and then allowed us to sit on the couches in the lobby. They even gave us bottled water. The service is very nice and the rooms were nicer than expected! Would stay here again if I am every in Cornwall again.

My family of two adults and three children spent one night in Cornwall at OYO First Canada Hotel on our way to Quebec. We rented two rooms--one with two beds, the other one. The rooms were clean, spacious and scent free and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Yes, you can tell the place is on the older side (a comment in other reviews) but that doesn't matter as long as it's clean, the air quality good and the beds in good shape. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, made even better because of the great nightly rate! If we ever stay in Cornwall again I wouldn't hesitate one second to return to this motel if their rates were competitive. Of course, now that I have a better sense of what it's like to travel 600 km in one day with our children, I think next time we head east we'll simply drive straight to Montreal before stopping so I don't imagine we'll be stopping overnight in Cornwall again.

Me and my husband stayed here with our two small children. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and gave us her cleanest room .Knowing it was a motel , I was ready to see a mess as I moved the bed towards the wall to have my daughter sleep safely .but to my surprise it was extremely clean no dust under the beds , not one speck of dirt .the sheets are clean the bathroom was spotless the beds were very comfortable and I was very happy with my stay !

What a great place to stay. It looks like an apartment. I came into my clean room to find a dining set, desk, tv, large bed, couch, kitchen, and bathroom. With 2 nightstands. The service is excellent, and the driveway is clean and clear of snow and ice. I'm coming back here.

Very clean room, comfy beds, courteous staff, excellent value for the money. This was my second stay, and I have booked a third.Far superior to what you'd expect in that price range. I will book my guests at this place if I have gatherings.

Travel Tip: Order breakfast by calling Sunnyside Up, they deliver. Excellent too!

My boyfriend and I checked in at late night but were still able to get accomodation and they received us with a smiling face. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay at First Canada Inn Motel!!

This hotels amazing. Home away from Home! Will stay again. The rooms have been updated and its just like being at a Hilton. Wish I had remembered to take pictures of our room as we were both very happy. Stayed the first weekend of June 2017 for two nights in the spa suite. Have zero complaints. Well.. our air conditioner was acting funny but it wasn hot enough to need it anyway. We agreed we want to stay for all our future trips. Give this place a chance. You will not regret it. I promise. Take advantage of the good rates!!!

This is my first time staying in First Canada Inn Motel and I will have to give it a 5 star review for their clean rooms and excellent service. The location it self is amazing. One should surely visit and have a stay.

If you're looking to stay somewhere in Cornwall on a budget, I would certainly recommend this place, they were courteous and polite to me, and the room was pretty amazing for the price (even had a fireplace).

I can't comment on other people's negative reviews as I did not have any issues. It's not a fancy 5 star hotel, but for $80/night it was great. (P.S. I've stayed in some real dives in the past, so in comparison to those places this was the Ritz).

Great independent Motel rooms are clean, bed is comfy and convient in Cornwall. The motel is under new ownership & they are doing renovations. I was warmly greeted at check-in. The lobby is having being totally renovated. I chose the king room with fireplace which was nice, the rooms are large. The wifi worked well. Went to get cracking for breakfast which was great & worked out better & cheaper than other hotel/motels with breakfast.Book I am glad I did will come back when in Cornwall.

Stayed here during a work run and the staff was very friendly and the rooms wow they are big and super clean ! The AC is incredible and it is central to most things. I truly loved the fact it had a huge working desk with glass top and a nice little table by the window to enjoy a little meal. Best of all you park right at your door. I will stay here again.

Lovely hotel very clean and tidy. Had a great nights sleep there. Kid friendly polite staff very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Me and my wife stayed for a date night. Bed was comfy everything was clean and the jacuzzi was relaxing. We both loved the service provided here.

We have always stayed in brand name chain not independent hotels/motels but tried this place to economize. It was clean, spacious, has a gas fireplace, comfortable bed, couch, table and chairs.It was all we needed and more.

Centrally located in Cornwall and very comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly and the rooms are newly renovated as well. I look forward to returning next time I'm in Cornwall!

The pictures here are old, but it is a very nice Inn. Great staff, and very nice rooms that have outdoor access and next to a great Italian restaurant. There is a Chez Cora across the street as well.
