The staff is still learning, but they were friendly, and there was a good teamwork vibe. The food was fresh and fast. The coleslaw is delicious, fries were crispy, bread was buttery, and the chicken was juicy and crunchy. The sweet tea has just the right amount of sweetness.

This is a new restaurant in my daughter's area where she lives she wanted me to try it before I went back to Florida because I kept telling her about Cane's, All I can tell her is she doesn't have to worry about Cane's because this restaurant was excellent freshly made hot chicken strips, crinkled French fries, and on top of it Texas toast. 😋 delicious.

They have chicken fingers (or a sandwich), slaw, toast, and French fries. Soft drinks and tea. That's it. The fingers are golden brown moist and tender. They were the BEST I have had in such a long time. Will make this a favorite stop.

Good experience, fast service and good food. The menu is simple and the prices are fair compared to similar types of fast food restaurants. Better option now since they do not serve/sale seafood, my son is highly allergic. We will be going to Guthrie's on a regular basis now as a result.

A simple concept of tasty cooked to order chicken fingers and fries. Clean restaurant with patient staff especially for first time guest.

We ordered a family meal today and it was hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. The young lady working the drive thru was very pleasant.

I stopped by Guthrie’s just because I never tried it before and I got the Snack box and a side of coleslaw. It was the freshest food I’ve had in a while and I am going back right now as I am reviewing the restaurant! 10/10!

The Managers did a very good job i was outside when i heard a man and lady talking about how they sent someone in to get their order and were still gonna pick it up, so i stayed outside, but the manager and staff they handled everything well and calmly.

Excellent chicken fingers, very tender and juicy with a light breading. The food was fresh and hot. Check this place out soon!

Consistently great! Fries are ways so fresh and piping hot. And, the tenders are some of the best I've ever had. The tenders are excellent every time!

So delicious but Gutheries should have a salad with & without chicken on the menu as an option as many people cannot have the carbs or the gluten. I would order everyday as I love salads w chicken on it.

Our family enjoyed the perfectly seasoned tenders bucket and hot fries. The tenders are smaller than Zaxby's down the street, but they make up for it in quantity and flavor. And I can't forget to mention the gallon sweet tea that comes with it, yummy! 😋

Fourth time I have visited via the drive thru. Staff pleasant and friendly. No long wait. The food is tasty.

If it wasn’t for my husband vouching for them, I might have let the bad reviews steer me away from giving the new Guthrie’s a try. I’m so glad I listened to my husband (for once lol). Everything was fresh and hot! Tenders were flavorful, juicy and plentiful! Fries were hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the sauce? YUM! No way in a billion years could Zaxby’s come close! And I’ve been eating Raising Cane’s for a decade (the one in Athens). While I do love my Canes, Guthrie’s has earned my business, and I will frequent them!

Use to enjoy Gutheries in Athens back in the day, so was thrilled to have one open nearby! Food was great, quick, and service with a smile!

Hot and fresh chicken and fries! Greeted us when we walked in and checked to make sure if we needed anything. Very fast and friendly service! Will definitely be back!

I had a chicken tender sandwich and it was excellent. Well assembled, plenty of fresh and crispy lettuce and crispy/juicy chicken tenders with their amazing sauce. The sandwich is big! Will come back for more!

Just had a chance to visit guthries.. it's been years since college but it's even better than ever. This is the original chicken finger place before all of those others.. Chicken is amazing, sauces excellent and so are the fries. If you've never tried it before you definitely have to. To top it off the owner and staff were there the day I was there and They are incredibly nice! Restaurant is spotless. Definitely worth trying!

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Dont expect a crazy menu. It’s chicken, fries and toast. But holy smokes it’s so good. I’ve been a fan of Guthrie’s for a long time and was so excited to hear they are finally open and I don’t have to drive an hour to get it. Blows Zaxby’s out of the water!

Thank god Guthrie's opened around here. It's like a better Zaxby's. The staff was great and the food was so delicious. I never want drinks with my fast food so I'm glad they aren't included.
I'll be back and driving past 2 zaxbys just for this!
