Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We LOVE Zaxby's. In the last 5-6 years, we have only had 2-3 times where fries were left out or the wrong sauce was put in the bag or I waited 5-10 minutes for my food which was sitting ready to go on the counter. We usually order out from Zaxby's once every week or every 2 weeks. So those handful of mess ups only represent a small portion of a large array of visits to the restaurant. The norm is fresh, hot food in a correct order with our favorite sauce, honey mustard.

Great overall experience and the food did not disappoint. I was glad to see that they implemented an employee outside helping the drive-through take orders. This greatly increased the speed of the drive-though when compared to other Zaxbys locations. I would stop here again in the future while traveling through town.

Makayla, the girl with purple hair has tremendously good customer service skills. After a stressful day, her being my cashier was the highlight of my day. She definitely deserves a raise.

I had come through the drive-thru and my fries had been soggy and I was having a rough day and I was counting on them -silly thing . I brought them back inside and David was absolutely so kind to me and without hesitation replaced them with fresh ones. It made my day all the better. Thank you for your service

I would like to say I go to this zaxby every other weekend and this visit we were treated and treated like royalty the General manager went above and beyond to make sure our orders had everything we needed. Made sure that the sauces were in the bag for us. Made our night for sure on this very cold day.

Tonight’s management Rolando, Marlo’s and their team were really great! Food was delicious and is much better than the loganville and Monroe locations in my opinion. I usually don’t eat inside but my husband and I ate inside and the customer service was great! They had really good personalities and were very pleasant. There was even a “Karen” that came in making a scene that was uncalled for and they handled it very professionally considering how she acted. Highly recommend their team and I hope to see them more!

Zaxbys NEVER miss! This location was a good one like all of them. Line was quick and received my fresh food!

I love Zaxby's salads I usually get the fried chicken salad it is always good especially with the extra dressing they provide very tasty with a side of garlic toast

Zaxby's reached out to me about my experience based on my review below. I appreciated their listening to me and offering an apology. I gave the same Zaxby's another chance and had a wonderful experience. Our meal was ready and the service was great. The food was great. It appears the problem has been fixed. As a result, I have upgraded my rating. Thank you Zaxby's!!

NEVER ORDER ONLINE THROUGH THE APP!! NEVER!! I ordered using the app. The app indicated I should pick up through the order using the drive through. At the drive through speaker, I told the person taking orders I had an online, mobile order. They told me to continue pulling around. I got to the window and they told me they did not have my order and to park in the curbside pickup. Meanwhile, dozens of cars are driving through (after me) and picking up their food. I’m still waiting in the curbside parking spot — waiting. Ten minutes since I was directed here by the drive through window. They already took my money as part of the mobile app. Otherwise, I’d be gone. TERRIBLE!!!

Our cashier went above and beyond. I had lost my glasses and couldn't see the board barely. My husband was ready to step in and tell me the amounts but the cashier was on it and helped me through the entire transaction, then brought our food to us. We usually don't go to this one, we usually go to the Loganville store. I think I'll stick with this one since the food was better than usual.

Quick drive thru experience and really enjoyed that there was a person to take our order. The food was hot, fresh, and quick to come out too.

I love zakbys, I just feel like most of the locations I’ve been to aren’t consistent with the freshness of their food, which is why I don’t eat zakbys much but this specific location always brings my food out with hot fresh fries and tenders and they never forget my dipping sauce. They are not as slow as other locations neither. This is literally the only zakbys I will go to in the area!

We ordered online and send my son to get the food. When he returned home, we noticed that they left out 2 fried pickles orders. My husband called to see if we could get our money back for the missing items. I very nice lady answered the phone, apologized, and offered to deliver the pickles! That is great customer service. Thank you, Tiffany for going above and beyond!!

Patient and friendly staff here. I appreciated the young man being so patient & still friendly with my very indecisive family.

Took my daughter to their little Santa thing it was packed but nice. The
the 4 piece tender Meal and chicken pack for kids &Chicken salad was good , enough for 2-3 People depending how hungry. they re- gave hot fries without any fuss. We loved it.

Very friendly (greeted with a smile) cordial attendant. Patiently answering our questions. Repeated our order to make sure it was entered correctly. Pointed out the drink area, restrooms, etc. Brought our orders to our table & stayed until we had checked everything out. Stopped by after 10 minutes to see if we were happy with our order.

The woman over the intercom, Jemari, was very pleasant. I visited after 8 pm and she modeled what customer service should be. She was not short or rude and did not try to rush my order. I would come back to this Grayson location just for this service.

My group and I had 11 meals to go. Everything came out correct, and we were in and out in less than 15 min. Everything tasted perfect! Shout out to Emani and Terrell for helping ring up our complicated order, and for being so kind and patient with us.

The food was fresh and delicious. The manager, Rolando Dyer, was providing excellent customer service. He was engaging and serving the customers in the dining area personally. I witnessed him training his staff, working in the kitchen and keeping everyone motivated and focused. Best Zaxby's experience I have had.
