Starbucks

I went to starbucks today and I had the most amazing experience with the barista, Sarah. She was patient with me while I tried to open my Starbucks app and while I communicated with my toddler in ASL to decide if she wanted a cheese stick or fruit pouch from the snack bar. Sarah was so kind and friendly. The restaurant was clean. I realized I forgot to order my daughter her ice water. My 2 year old walked up to the counter and Sarah asked her what she wanted in ASL! My daughter signed that she wanted water and Sarah said okay in ASL and gave her a water! They exchanged a thank you and you're welcome also in ASL. I never assume that when we go out people will communicate with my daughter. It was so so special that Sarah was so inclusive to my daughter with special needs. I will continue to go here in hopes to have more of these interactions. Also I had the best mocha cookie Frappuccino! Thanks Sarah!

I'm frequently sent out for Starbies by my SO, and this is my preferred location for all of Gwinnett.

They're much faster, never mess my order up, and better about being very courteous without asking so many questions I feel like it's forced small talk.

Some of the others in the area feel like it's full of half trained new hires, but this place always feels like they've got the A-team on.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. Everyone that works at this location are super friendly and courteous. They always are super polite and know my orders exactly and it’s always correct. Wish all places were as welcoming and a joy to shop at.

Was here on 4/4 around 5pm. My sister in law ordered a drink that got sent to the wrong store. Jeremy and the other staff sincerely apologized, recognizing the confusion of multiple locations on the area and they re-made the order in the spot.

I am truly appreciative, as is my sister in law! This is unheard of in a lot of retail markets today, slim margins don't provide a lot of room to give back to the customer when things don't go right. But these guys made it right! I'm making this my new "work from home" spot now and I'll be coming here a lot more often!

Premium brand, premium staff, premium product and premium customer service! This is the face of the company, Starbucks should be proud!

No matter where you go Starbucks is always busy! This day was my lucky day because I went through the drive thru and was in and out quickly 🥳
I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha, which is my favorite. Coffee was fresh, hot and perfectly made.

I love coming to the Starbucks. It does get busy in the morning so I do suggest placing an order ahead and picking it up. Whenever I go through the drive-through and I want to add some thing at the end they always usually tell me no that’s the only bad thing.

This place rocks and say hi to Liam for me he's a good guy. The quality of the drinks here is excellent and the customer service here is brilliant. 5 stars!

The manager (Naj) has always been super attentive, courteous and lovely. She knows my drinks, my voice even in the intercom. Great place to get your coffee and relax.

Atmosphere is always bustling at Starbucks. Got my brown sugar latte perfect. Not too sweet and piping hot. My daughters fav is the lemonade with 7 pumps of raspberry.

DJ & Alex the barista were amazing! Thank you for not only the amazing customer service but for the amazing drink! Finally a barista who knows what he's doing & DJ thank you for the smiles you were above and beyond!

Starbucks has done a phenomenal job in maintaining brand integrity and consistency. I would have to give them a high 90's mark for consistent quality, great experiences nationwide. Perfection is often sought after but rarely achieved...Starbucks is getting close as a brand. It's difficult to control the human aspect of individual resources but I see that you are trying very hard to do just that.

Good place to play a card game with the family. I might recommend Unstable Unicorns.

Today was my first time visiting this location and Shay was in the drive-thru and she was fantastic!! Such a great attitude and so eager to assist, she even told me about the new feature on the app! This store and their employees are fantastic! Thanks ⭐⭐⭐

Easy to see from either side of the main road, and has back access road to/from the nearby neighbourhood.

Clean, lots of seating, and quick, polite service.

Mobile app orders are best picked up from the drive through, or by asking for them at the register.

Great workers. Always feels like a friendly atmosphere even though I only go to drive thru. If I had more time I would definitely dine in.
