The Well Cafe

Amazing visit today to check out Seville with my kids and The Well Cafe did not disappoint! The cold brew was amazing and my kids (who are picky eaters) went to town on the grilled cheese. It was SO good!

The server was also so sweet to my kids which made it a little easier to be out of the house today with a toddler. Thank you for the pleasant experience! Looking forward to returning!

So cute! The building, the atmosphere, the FOOD. I had an egg sandwich and it was amazing. The bread was so good. I can’t wait to go back and try more food options. Everything is gluten free.

The Well Cafe is a wonderful addition to downtown Seville! Stopped in Monday morning for a cold brew and orange cardamom scone. Both were absolutely amazing. The cafe was comfortable to work from too. Everyone working there was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I can’t wait to try the lunch items.

Better than expected. Being celiac for 10 years means I've eaten lots of GF breads. This was one of the better ones and husband agreed. Bread was very soft with an excellent crunch around the edges. The best part about the bread was that it wasn't dry and didn't fall apart/disintegrate while eating. Would come back and try some bakery items.

This cute little place is amazing! The inside is so cute and the people who own it are awesome. We got the breakfast sandwich which was amazing I haven’t had one that good ever, we also got the donuts which were delicious as well. We ordered a cold brew iced coffee with cold foam and my husband and I drank it while we were waiting on our sandwich. It was so good he ordered another one. I am so glad that an establishment like this is here as I am gluten free and worry about eating out at places.

I have been gluten-free for 3+ years now and have tried every bread you could think of…all of them pale in comparison to The Well Cafe! I drive 40 minutes out of my way to get it - it’s that good! Not to mention the unique pastries they also carry. This is Heaven for a gluten free person! 🙌🏻🫶🏻 It’s cozy and intimate. Amazing service. Highly recommend!

I’m a little biased because I’m just over the moon that I can eat somewhere close to home without being scared of getting sick (celiac disease), but this place is delightful. The folks working were very kind and helpful. The grilled cheese was delicious and hearty, I enjoyed eating in because of the quirky vibe (historic building, historic photos, delightful soft classic rock playlist). I took a cinnamon banana muffin home to go and it was truly delicious, a thick soft banana-bread-like cake donut with the perfect cinnamon sugar layer. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re used to not being able to find anything gluten-free in the area!

My husband and I stopped today for lunch. We really enjoyed the food! I am gluten free and it was so nice to have so many options. The quiche was very tasty! My non gluten free husband also loved his breakfast sandwich. It is also in a very cute location. We will definitely return.

Cool little cafe with great food. It's a dedicated gluten free facility but don't let that scare you away. I don't normally eat gluten free, but the food was great. The quiche was the best I've ever had and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. The bread is baked fresh and is definitely the best gluten free bread I've ever had. It doesn't fall apart like GF bread usually does. I wouldn't usually be happy with a sandwich on GF bread but this was so good.

My niece has celiac and we can eat here without any fear! EVERYTHING is safe! They do not make anything with gluten in the restaurant and it's delicious! I had the avacado toast...best I have ever tasted and the atmosphere is so relaxed! 10 out of 10 would go again!

Wonderful food and wonderful environment! Everything was delicious and the staff was kind. The bread was impressive and surprised several of the people in our group who don't normally eat gluten free too! We'll be back!

Can’t recommend The Well Cafe enough! The atmosphere is great and the food is phenomenal. We ordered some gluten-free challah and it was absolutely delicious and made great toast, but the muffins and donuts are also awesome!

Will definitely be back again. The best gluten free bread I've ever had. I got a roast beef sandwich that was really yummy and the coffee is great too! The people who helped me were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The bread was homemade, and gluten free absolutely delicious! We had a reuben and a chicken pesto sandwich, delicious coffee. Taking dessert home to go! (Awesome atmosphere) definitely will be returning.

Absolutely delicious food! Love that it's made in a gluten-free kitchen and with so many amazing options! So glad to have a cozy place to eat with super nice owners and staff! Highly recommend, especially for gluten-free people, but everyone will love it!

The Well Cafe is welcoming & cozy inside. [Would be a great place for a small bible study or book club in my opinion.] The staff is friendly and happy to please their customers. Plus they have the best GF DONUTS I've ever tried! My kids enjoyed them and they are picky about gf food. I am just thrilled about this place & can't wait to try more of what they offer! Spreading the word to my family & friends also.

My family and I have celiac disease and have to be very strict about what we eat. Everything here was safe for us and delicious and everyone working was so kind and helpful. Definitely will be back

The food is outstanding. The coffee is next level. The atmosphere is superb! Best dirty chia around!

Absolutely amazing staff and a great place to be in general even when busy. Staff was amazingly helpful and very nice. Best coffee I've ever had and even better food.
