Michael was super detail oriented.
Made sure we got every deal we couple possibly do.
Was incredibly knowledgeable and asked lots of questions.
Provided a lot of offers and honestly we spent way more because of him.
We were in a hurry and he made sure to quickly get through our order.
He made sure we had so much information that I would’ve never had before.
He made great suggestions for accessories and was helpful picking our watches, particular phone model, and phone plan for us. He made sure to provide us with all necessary info and was super awesome about when our card got declined initially and was incredibly respectful and helpful.
We will come back to nowhere but this location as long as he is there.

Brendon did an exceptional job! He ended up showing me the benefits of switching to Verizon. My dad loses his phones a lot so he came up with a decent solution for me and put together a two line unlimited plan for myself and him and it didn't break the bank! Plus, now I get Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle for free with their 5G Unlimited Play More plan. He will hook you up 👍

This review is long overdue, but better late then never. About three months ago I came in to switch from Sprint (10 yrs+) to Verizon for various reasons. I had the awesome experience or thinking back, I really the privilege of working with Elijah to help me through it. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. There were a couple issues that I had, but he called and dealt with the Verizon support for me. I have never been treated better or never felt so important and valued as a customer before. He was so down to earth and it honestly felt like I was just hanging out with a life long friend who happened to be working at a Verizon store. I highly recommend to go to this store just to see Elijah. He's good and he knows what he's doing. I'm coming back because of him. I'm super happy and that's all I got.

Kodie was in training but he did a great job in helping me n my family getting on a single plan along with a phone upgrade. He had help with the store Manager Ryan whos more then helpful in assistanting Kodie. I appreciate all the help and easy experience to transfer phone companies!! From your asian kin thank you!!

I had to upgrade my phone bc I was too lazy and impatient to fix the stuff broken on my old one and decided to just do the order to pick up method. I can definitely say I had zero disappointments with this route and decision. I had the phone and was out the door with every question I had answered within 5 minutes. I was expecting rude workers and an hour wait due to previous reviews I’ve read, but had a completely different experience.

These guys help as soon as I walked in. I was so happy that they had my phone cover. I had smashed my phone cover and these guys has fixed on site. Plus they were very professional about. I will count on them next time I have problems with my phone.

My husband had gotten a new phone on a Friday evening only to have half of the screen go out by Monday afternoon. The Holland store was extremely unhelpful, saying they could exchange it, but that it the only reason that happens to a screen is from a drop and if the technician exaimined the phone and determined it was dropped we would have to pay for the phone. Holland also didn't have the phone we needed in stock so we went to the M6 store. It was a completely different experience. The associate Dave was extremely helpful, exchanged the phone no problem and even put a new screen protector on it. No accusations of him having to have dropped it no threats of them investigating the phone. We are extremely happy with the service we received at this store and specifically from Dave who was a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU!

I recently visited this store (on a Saturday) and found the customer service great. Although they were extremely busy, We were greeted as I walked in and after a short wait (15 min/20 min) a service rep (Kelsey) was knowledgeable and able to take care of our needs.

This location was surprisingly quick. They greeted us right away and swapped out the phone very quickly. I will have to say that our sales associate took care of the issue quicker than waiting to pay your bill at the kiosk.

I have always had the best customer service in this store. Not only is the management staff wonderful to work with all of the employees are always so helpful and knowledgable when it comes to any questions or concerns. They always look out for the customers best interest and are willing to go the extra mile to get things taken care of. Best store I have ever been to and recommend it to everyone !

I will stand by the review above in regards to Wolly however I will say that after dealing with Phil and the rest of the staff and management today I don't think Wolly's action reflect the attitude of the rest of the team that work there. I expected to get a replacement phone. But what I didn't expect was to receive some of the best customer service I have ever received. They even replaced the screen protector!! While I was there Phil showed me even more useful features of my phone I didn't know about. Above and beyond my expectations. This store DOES offer great customer service.....Just don't deal with Wolly. Thanks again Phil and team!!

After arguing the return policy for my Note 7 with a different store, I was sent away from the store with a defective extremely hot Samsung Note 7 and an incorrect answer. Once I called their customer service I got the right answers and pointed in the right direction. Coming into this store the staff was perfect, and solved my issues. They understand the policy and my frustrations.

The fastest trip in and out of ANY Verizon store!! Went in had a line add to my account and got a new phone in 10 mins! Seriously, we spent more time getting there with little traffic then I spent in the store! Fantastic people!

I’ve visited this location in the last 2,3 months 4 times and the service I received from Youhans every time has been outstanding! He answered all my questions and was very helpful , kind and knowledgeable in all areas. I would recommend, this location and ask for Youhans he will not disappoint!

Went to Version on Kalamazoo Ave. Michael waited on me. Was very pleasant and helpful. Just the type of person you need ther. Great service!

Everytime i have issues with my phone everyone so helpful. Especially Dave A. He helped me get a new phone and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

This store is my home store. After a complete fail at the Woodland mall store, I went back here and had all my problems solved. They’ve always been honest and always been helpful. I’ll always recommend this store.
