TA Truck Service

This was the most helpful and accommodating place I have ever been to. I could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism shown by the Group of individuals that work here. Thank you all so much

Had to get a truck and trailer. Inspected it. And while I was waiting, I went to the restaurant to get something to eat. And the restaurant was very good. Friendly. It's not very crowded anymore. I'm not sure why truck drivers have stopped using restaurants. The shop did their job. Did it very efficient and fast. I do appreciate that

Very clean. Play area for kids.

Stopped here on Easter for a luch / breakfast. The service was fantastic! Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The food was great and fast! Miss the Buffet, but the menu food was just what we needed.

I could spend alot of time here. Clean and good prices.

Fast service. Replaced the radiator during the day. Ordered a radiator, delivered and repaired.

Salmon dinner with salad and rice, water was great hospitality and friendly folks

They fixed my trailer fast. Repair lights and the side skirting.

Been driving on the interstate for many years now, by far this is the best truck shop I have ever been to, I wish all shops was like this place, will be back here again. Thank you for the good job ! And it is open 24 hours:)

I wish that at least they could clean my oil hubs but nooo , just changed

Nice place. I stop by it every other time I drive through the area. 3 restaurants, 2 fast food (Subway and Dairy Queen) and 1 sid down style restaurant with either buffet or normal ordering. bathrooms are alright, could be better though. Showers and laundry downstairs. Staff are usually friendly. Close to a place for skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

A great place for service a great place for food

Dear TA Truck service management please explain to me why do you keep your shop open 24 hours and why do you pay someone at the front desk to be barking at you and be extremely rude to you if you have no techs there if you have no appointments or write ups why in the world would you let your brand slip to the level of a third world country and ridiculous customer service experience of something that reminds Afghanistan or the communist Soviet Union.
I wish you hiring leadership that will eliminate this kind of uncomfortable and horrific experience for you costumer and provide employees with an adequate training to at least have the knowledge on how to be at least polite explaining to a costumer that they are unable to perform any kinds of services especially if you’re understaffed to not make a costumer feel like he/she is in the wrong here and made a huge mistake by walking through the door of your establishment.

Day time team did a great job and replaced a part in no time the wait was not long at all underpromised and overachieved I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 thanks to the exceptional service that I received during the day but the guy at 4:00am needs to work on his social skills. This has been one of the most cleanest Petro truck stops in a very long time. Driver lounge clean, bathrooms upstairs and downstairs clean. Dairy Queen and Subway tables and floors clean. Parking lot couldn't find any potholes that would rattle my truck side to side. Peaceful quiet. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly.

Had to stop off for gas on my way home from up north. Easy access off the free way. Nice sized store inside with a huge selection of just about anything and everything, so the little one and I loaded up on snacks and drinks for the long drive home.
