Erica and Chris were beyond great. I have honestly never felt so taken care of at an auto shop before. I will be a lifelong customer because of them. If anyone deserves a raise it’s these two!

This is THE best store in Wake County when it comes to customers service. The young lady that is the manager, is very knowledgeable about parts & how they work. She needs to be in a position to train some of your other store managers. Some of the men in other stores won't even acknowledge a woman looking for Auto parts. So glad we found the store in Knightdale.

I needed my windshield wiper replaced on the back of my SUV, so it would pass inspection. Ms. Francesca came right & replaced it in less than 5 minutes. Outstanding customer service. Good customer service is very hard to find.

Everyone was super helpful with installation of new wiper blades on my Grandma's 2009 Ford tarus.

One of the better auto parts stores in the area. I really like the ability to order online and pick up in store. If I know exactly what I'm after- that's hands down the best route to take.

Clerk was funny as hell, outgoing and very knowledgeable. Called first to ensure the parts I needed were in stock and when I got to the store, the associate had everything I needed at the register, Bing, bang, boom, I was on my way. Definitely will shop there again

I can not say enough good things about this store! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. In addition to their great customer service, their quick problems solving skill was the most remarkable traits. Furthermore, one of the managers even offered some knowledge to improve the quality of my car without hesitation. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Excellent service! Jeff was incredibly helpful testing my battery and alternator and getting me set up with the right battery for my car. He went above and beyond very impressed!

Over the top sales rep Frangela (sic) very helpful and knowledgeable, this woman could work anywhere with her attitude.

I returned a sun shield that had a tare on it and I threw my receipt away by mistake. Jeffrey J Customer Service was Excellent!! I was able to return and get another with no problems. I will definitely come back!!

Erica was AMAZING. She is so friendly and helpful, she helped me on the phone and in person finding me the right battery and installing it. A competitor told me they were unable to install it and she did it easily. She really gave me such a great experience and is the reason I will be coming back for all of my future needs. She’s the best!

I hated to do it, but I showed up at 5min to close to see if I could get a battery tested because I've got an appointment tomorrow with a mechanic and needed to make sure the battery was not the issue. The young lady that waited on me didn't act put out at having to do this so close to closing time, she came on out and we ran through the test and I was on my way. Very courteous customer service when it would have been easy to just say I was too late.

The only bad thing to say about this visit is they or whoever is in charge of the entrance has got to fix that grand canyon size crater as you come in to the place from 64. I couldn't see it in the dark but it sure felt like it was gonna tear the wheel off my truck.

Saved me money with stuff I needed for my jeep. Always grateful for that. The guys were nice and quick.

I needed a battery. My attendant was very helpful and courteous. Changed out my battery, right on the spot. I just didn't realize that the price of batteries had risen so much 😳...due to the pandemic and supply chain, but not Advanced Autos fault...

It's a great option for a quick, hands free carwash. If you want to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself, that option is also available!

Only time I go there is when there Best Employee there Cornelius is extremely friendly and gives costumers his full attention. Have went there well his not there and in my opinion if it wasn't for him I'd give them a 2 Stars is quite no one's really welcoming you. He makes Advance Auto.

C. White was a huge help to my girlfriend and I! He tested our battery and determined that the alternator was good but the battery was bad. Unfortunately one of the battery terminals was broken but he fixed it! Please give a shout to C. White for his excellent expertise in auto experience!

Good knowledgeable people. Happy to do diagnostic scans. Today we had an issue with an online order and they made it right. Great place to drop off used motor oil.
