Waffle House

First, Happy Thanksgiving and thank you to the employees who are workin today. I have not been to this location in a long time because of past experiences but I really wanted a waffle this morning. Glad I came! The food is a lot better than I remember. This grits and hash browns are really good! Not mushy or runny. Just wish I remembered to ask for butter unless I overlooked it on the way out. Thanks again!

Always delicious and the people are always family. I feel bad for them when they're extremely busy because it's hard to keep up. But everyone is always friendly and the food is always good.

I was craving a good breakfast meal after I got off work tonight and also being exhausted from having a rough day. It's been almost a year, if not longer since I've been to this waffle House location, My hash brown breakfast meal was delicious and I'm extremely pleased with the service. My food was ready in 5-6 minutes, the bacon was crispy, the eggs were fluffy and cheesy. My food and service was great. I'm glad I chose to come here the other night.

Always friendly service and great food especially at this location. Never disappoints!
My coffee mug never had a chance to be empty as our server Travis was on it! Clean, fast and friendly with hot fresh food.

I love going to this waffle house every Sunday after church…. The employees are so friendly… Kylie, my waitress, has excellent customer service …. She takes great care of me… she knows exactly how I like my food and she makes sure I’m 100 percent satisfied!!!!!

The food was ready and hot!! The place was clean!! The staff was professional and nice!! The condiments were available to grab and go!! My grits where awesome!! Compared to Greenville NC you guys are freaking awesome!! Please don’t change!!

My teen son had been begging to go because he had never been. I took him and my wife for brunch. They give you a great deal of food for the money, especially hash browns. The coffee is good and the service is excellent.

The food was made fresh and quickly. Plus, the food smelt great and tasted Delicious!!! The two guys running the shop worked great together like a well oiled assembly like. It was like entertaining to see those two guys make orders quickly and professionally. Great customer service indeed. I shall return again!!!!

Kylie has served as my waitress for several months now. She is a very consistent, pays attention to what we need and is a consummate professional who works really hard to make sure my girlfriend and I feel valued and appreciated each and every time we choose to visit the Waffle House in Knightdale, NC. I love visiting especially when she’s our server!

Food was delicious. Had a sausage and cheese omelet.

The food was cooked just like I like it.

Just left they are short staffed today. And they are in there rollingggggggg. They literally have 4 ppl. Kudos our waiter (Tyler I think) Kayla or Kylie the cashier. The new manager (I think) with the pretty eyes and short cut, and the cool axx cook(I think he’s hearing impaired). It took longer thank normal of course but quality over quantity.

Julian was RUNNING this waffle house this morning!! Never have I ever witnessed such a positive attitude and sense of urgency. Coaching his teammates and being an all around, absolute sunshine! If youre reading this, go there and give him all your money. Never seen anything like this kid. Waffle house, you have a gem. Be good to him!
