Dee was the best person to wait on us if I could I would give her 10 stars 🌟 and the food was perfect !

First time here. Had a very large order of almost $100. Had to wait for a few extra minutes, and the staff was very professional and friendly and even offered a drink while we waited. Great job with the customer service!

Hey, it's fried fast food, so food was as expected from a KFC. Staff was very pleasant and restaurant and restrooms were clean.

After a more than disappointing trip to the Ithaca KFC, we stopped here. Food was fresh and the service was fantastic!

The lady with the pigtail braids and the guy with a lot of pins on their hat are on top of it. Food was amazing, service was better. Wish every KFC was like this.

This is the happiest and cleanest KFC I've ever been in. I have no idea why everyone working there is so friendly and happy to serve you. Maybe good management? Finger-lickin' kudos to that person.

Everyone ordered the chicken strips and fries. I haven't been eating meat lately, so this was a real treat for me. The chicken chips were perfectly cooked, and the fries were hot and deliciously seasoned. Finally, the server was very polite and deficient.

Staff is always cleaning. The lobby always looks great ! They always accommodate me without hassle. I always get the Nashville Hot chicken and ask for a side of pickles (when I say side I mean a whole individual side container full) they never give me a hassle, but actually know me when I come in now. I don't stop there often, maybe once a month and the staff still knows me. This location is my favorite for that reason alone.

Been to this location 3 times I live in DeWitt and I have to say the staff and food is excellent they don't disappoint, food is hot and fresh. Great KFC

Stopped I for biscuits to take home to go with dinner.
The deuce thru line moved quickly and I was in my way quickly.
The biscuits were fresh and they put plenty of buttery spread and honey

Lil fella did a good job of putting together a chicken sando for me.

I loved this place! They messed up our order (due to not many people working that day) and when we asked them to fix it, they did it with no hesitation and didn't charge us! Thank you!

Stopped at the drive thru for some popcorn chicken on my way to an appointment. Got my yummies & thought I would drive through the lot next door to make an easier left turn onto Old-27. Yupp.. snow was much deeper than it looked, how embarrassing! A young man from KFC & another passer-by were my heroes & pushed my car across the lot! They both refused the $ I offered as a thank you. I totally forgot to get their names but I wanted to let them know how grateful I am for their help! You two are heroes to this old lady! LOL

I love the famous bowls but I have been in the bathroom and an employee came out of a stall when I was drying my hands the woman walked to the sink wetted their hands *NO SOAP ADDED* and walked out the door. I walked out of the bathroom and then left.

My wife and I were out paying our bills and didn't want to cook after being out all day. We love KFC and opted for KFC rather than a burger joint.

I saw a big fat boy coughing like he had cancer all over my food. The order taker named “Whiteclaw” helped me out and got me some more fresh food.

The night I drove thru the staff were courteous, efficient, gave excellent service. On this particular evening (Thursday), the line was to the highway and the staff working gave 110 %!
